Impossible to cancel subscription

The software works well, but unfortunately they have now been bought out by another company (tempo) and the customer service seems to be nonexistent. I tried to cancel my subscription but it didn't work and they continued to take payment, and there doesn't seem to be any way of contacting them. I'll have to cancel via my bank.

TH

Don't look at the price,,close your eyes and take the plunge..YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED BY THE APPLICATION OR THE COMPANY BEHIND IT...Both are fantastic... The application is REALLY useful where you are trying to manage teams that are remote and where you are trying to minimise email traffic.

Great for dynamic teams

With the LiquidPlanner platform we have solved our planning problem in the face of frequent changes in terms of our customers' needs.
LP is able to absorb changes instantly by providing the new expected end date in real time.
The system is interoperable via REST API and the reports are all customizable.
There is also a mobile app with minimal features but which still does its job.

Perfect for team work management and to keep time and costs under control.

LiquidPlanner is Hugely Valuable

LiquidPlanner is easy to use, extremely powerful, and I don't know what our company would do without it. I highly recommend it to teams small and large that need smart, powerful, easy to use project management software.

Great for multi-person projects and tasks

I've only recently started using LiquidPlanner but it has been a great tool for scheduling and organizing projects/tasks. I especially love that you can assign multiple different people different actions within a single task. The main reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because there is a feature that currently lacks which I've already reported - which is having the option to only receive email notifications for comments that have been addressed directly to you rather than any comment in a task that you're a part of.

Excellent Planner

It's great, we've used other options before but Liquid Planner is the best one. The support team is great too. For us, LP is a partner.

A great software with some very small issues

It's a very organized piece of software and helps a lot with day to day life in the advertising agency I work at. I like how you can comment, attach archives and basically work using Liquid Planner as your only project manager.
A few kinks I'd like to see worked out are: more intelligence when working out deadlines and a way to have a full view of the schedule. It still doesn't give me a comprehensive view of when my people should do which project. I guess what I am trying to say is: I'd like a way to prioritize better. Also, having to hit reload every second to see new comments is frustrating. It should work like Facebook that auto refreshes the content without reloading the whole page. Finally, the e-mail comment system has an annoying delay. I'd like to have it work real time. As soon as the comment is sent in LP, the e-mail should be sent as well.
I should also add that support is great. They are very attentive and help you quickly with any problem you have, be that a software issue or a financial problem.
All in all, I think Liquid Planner is the best management software around and I've tested a whole lot of them.

Fantastic Tool for Managing Tasks

The company I work for recently moved to Liquid Planner after organizing ourselves fairly haphazardly via lists of priorities sent by email every day. We separately tracked time in an application developed in-house. I tried organizing myself using a variety of tools (WunderList most recently) but attempting to keep everything straight across multiple systems was difficult.

Liquid Planner has simplified all of that. I'm pretty sure I only am aware of 20% or less of its power, but being able to see my priorities mapped out, as well as see how future tasks adjust based on completion of tasks I'm working on now is invaluable, and being able to log my time in the same app is just outstanding.

At this point, I can't imagine using anything else (and I'll go out on a limb and say that my project manager probably feels the same way).

Great Product, Great Service

I had high hopes for Liquid Planner when we brought it in for use in our company. We've had it for a few months now and are really starting to move with it. It has helped me very much both by organizing my tasks and by organizing everyone else's tasks within the projects.
It's not perfect, nothing is, but Liquid Planner is by far the best solution we have tried.
I also cannot say enough about their customer service. Great customer service: fast, intelligent, and appropriate responses. The company is so well organized (probably because they use their own product).
