Great supplier!
I had to wear compression after a recent procedure. The garment I was supplied by the consultant was too large and needed padding with foam. A big faff to manage when both arms are affected. I went online and found a range of better solutions with Lipoelastic. The range of sizes available, and the ease of choosing the correct size by measurements of the limb rather than just s/m/l/etc sizing ensured I got the correct product first time. The product arrived quickly too. Thank you.

the adjustable clips on shoulders are…
the adjustable clips on shoulders are bulky, hard and very uncomfortable. They sit directly on collar bone and leave red marks where they rub. I had the bra fitted by nurse post op and is correct size for all measurements. Really disappointing especially considering the price.

No refunds…
I ordered a pair of leggings and couldn’t even get them on; the fabric was awful. When I tried to return them, I was told they only offer store credit, not refunds. The total was $140 and some change.
Since I didn’t like the fabric, I sent the leggings back and used the store credit to order a different pair. I’m now having trouble receiving the replacement. At this point, it feels like they’ve essentially taken $141 from me. I will never purchase from them again.

I placed an order for the face garment online and it arrived within 2 days. Excellent customer service. Although it is not cheap it is good quality product. Once you get the hang of putting it on it is quite easy. The garment is versatile and gives a very good support to the face.

Active Leggings Look Great
I’ve moved from the post surgery leggings to the Active leggings. They give support, the wide waistband is comfortable and look great. Love my pink ones!
And the collagen is a revelation. Recommended to me post surgery but I find I use so much less product to keep my skin moisturised that I will be continuing to use

Please note that the XL size in the colour Natural has not been available for selection for some time, as this variant has been discontinued. As a result, 3XL is the only size currently available for customers to order, which may be where the mistake occurred.

Excellent customer service
The initial order arrived very promptly and beautifully wrapped. The bras were rather too tight, so I called customer service and asked for advice as my surgery was imminent. They helped me with the return and had larger ones delivered within 3 days.

I ordered a pair of leggings, when they arrived I realised I had ordered the wrong ones. A quick message to customer services and it was all sorted out. I have had first class service from the start. I have ordered 3 items and each time they have arrived very quickly. I would highly recommend! The leggings are fantastic, hold me in well and are helping so much with the pain of my Lipoedema.
