Great Flow Leggings
I had liposuction to my lower legs for lipeodema a while ago and wanted leggings that help with lymphatic drainage and flow. These leggings are so comfortable but at the same time giving great support. The waistband is smooth and comfy too.

The company are lovely and great…
The company are lovely and great communication, however I don't find the bras too comfortable. They look lovely but the elastic band at the bottom of the bras sit right along the incision line and really irrate it

I bought 6 different post surgery…
I bought 6 different post surgery compression bras for a total of approx £350. I expected more from the most expensive post-surgery bras on the market. While the PI Elite line is great because it's the same material all over, the other versions (special, ideal) with the elastic band are incredibly uncomfortable. The band is too rigid and too tight and it either sinks into the ribs or flips over. The poor design of the website makes it look as if the ideal model without the elastic band is only available in black and pink and if you opt for white or natural you can only get them with the elastic band (under the tab for compression post-op bras). You have to use the filter for all options to become visible. This why I ordered a second set of bras in a bigger size, thinking that if I get a wider bra, the discomfort will go. It doesn't. I really regret spending the money on these.

They sell very good stuff
They sell very good stuff. If you had head, neck surgery they sell very good headbands. Their compression socks are excellant too. If you have a surgery it is a must but you can also keep them f9r later and wear them if you have varicose veins.

Poor advice
I ordered the garment on the recommendation of the assistant
I provided with the code of the product I was given whilst in hospital. After giving details of the issue with this garment she reassured me the product she advised was shallower
On arrival, exactly the same garment as given in hospital
I am disappointed as I will be out of pocket due to payment for delivery

Personable, friendly & best in class
Couldn’t recommend Lipoelastic enough. Their customer service is genuinely lovely – really helpful and went out of their way to dig out my order information from 2 years ago so I could re-order the same.
The bras are the best I’ve found for post-surgery compression – comfortable, supportive and feel really secure. I did try a few out!
They are a bit more expensive, but honestly worth every penny.

I spent £135 but still have to pay for postage.
The garment has very hard thick seams which caused cuts in only one day of wearing but therefore now cannot be returned .so not fit for purpose as post operative compression garment.
I had ordered 2 so returned the second one at additional postage cost of £3.60!
