Spent £45 on pokemon cards. Was waiting 2 weeks. Emailed them said it would be with me in 3-4 days. 2 months gone. 0 replys to my emails. Phone number is dead. Received a tacky cheap bracelet..... scam company.

How do I get my money back?

Placed an order, nothing received. Sent an email to query it to receive a reply from Nadia to say it would arrive within a couple of days. Nothing arrived. Now no replies to emails and the phone number is dead. Trying to get my bank to refund the amount charged.
Tempted to turn up at their address...

Ordered £50 worth of cards, received a worthless bracelet after a long wait. This is a scam. How do criminals like this get merchant accounts to take card payments?

Definitely a scam site, ordered item in October and still has not received anything. Becareful as it looks like they have just launched another similar site called Pexag.com with the same site template! AVOID!

Ordered 2 ETB’s, after I ordered they still showed plenty of stock. Waited a week no contact about dispatch. Waited for a few more days and emailed . Nadia responded with “it was dispatch 5 days ago”, 10 days further along, no response from the company. Requested proof of postage and tracking, Nadia said this would be sent but it hasn’t been. Emailed a further 2 times just to be ignored. Really terrible service, don’t buy from this shop, literally 3/4 weeks down the line. No etb’s or refund.

Still awaiting £90 worth of products 3 weeks later. Was responding to emails up until last week and haven’t heard anything since. Wouldn’t recommend.

Incorrect, lower value, item was delivered. Company fails to respond to phone calls or e-mails. Strongly suspect this is a scam website and I would recommend you do not use it.
