Really poor quality of a sweatshirt for…
Really poor quality of a sweatshirt for 40eur. After one time of using, it’s already possible to see the signs of usage. It’s a pity.
Absolutely falling apart
Absolutely falling apart! Selling such a poor quality clothes with no exchange or refund!!!!!!! Avoid!!!
if I could I would give a zero.
if I could I would give a zero.
Items are nothing like the photos, arrived in poor quality. return is at your OWN cost to SWEDEN which costs more than the whole order.
Lack of information
Was not informed items were being shipped from sweden when ordering would not have ordered if I had been made aware
Good experience
read the return policy
Update: The return was processed after some back and forth with customer service.
Previous:
Returns were sent to the address listed on the return slip. According to customer service, the package wasn't delivered directly to said address:
Lindex Online Shop, Box 103, 50113 Boras, Sweden (the computer doesn't show the letter, but it is a Swedish "a" with the circle over it).
If the package is returned to us, and we would, then, have to spend another almost 20 Euros or more for the return, and it falls over the 30 day return policy, hopefully we will get our money back via the payment method used. Intentionally creating hindrances to returning goods is very poor professionally and reflects on what used to be a reputable company (yet hoping still is).

Unusable Product and Poor Customer…
Unusable Product and Poor Customer Service
I recently purchased a pair of tights that contained metallic fibre, and they caused severe itching and discomfort for my grandchild the moment she tried them on. I have bought similar tights with metallic fibre from other retailers before and never experienced anything like this, which makes it clear that the issue lies with this specific product.
When I contacted customer service, I was disappointed to be told that the problem was due to “sensitive skin” and that there was no manufacturing fault. This explanation felt dismissive, especially considering the tights are completely unusable. Instead of acknowledging the issue or offering a reasonable solution, they refused my claim.
I expected far better care and accountability. Unfortunately, their handling of the situation has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I am now left with no option but to escalate my case further.
I would urge the company to review both the quality of this product and the way they handle legitimate customer concerns. At the moment, I cannot recommend them based on this experience.
Very disappointing experience – avoid if you live in Germany
Do not order from Lindex if you live in Germany. In case the product doesn’t fit or you simply want to return it, you have to handle the return completely on your own — including writing the address and paying for shipping yourself. The return postage costs between €20 and €30 for just one item, which is completely unreasonable.
This kind of return policy is extremely unprofessional and not customer-friendly at all. I definitely wouldn’t recommend shopping here again.

It’s been a month and I’m still waiting for a refund!!!!! Terrible customer service.
Great home delivery
Ordered clothes for my daughter. They fit well and qaulity seems good. Took a few days longer to arrive than I expected
Gorgeous clothes
Gorgeous clothes, fabulous quality, excellent returns, ethical brand and so much choice!
Racist clothing store.
Lookup "Lindex".
Results: Swedish-Finnish / Nordic clothing store.
All their ads practically represent anyone but Swedish-Finnish / Nordic people.
I know what their counter argument will be already "we try to represent everybody", that's just a lie.
I'd recommend you represent people respectfully proportionally.
So not flexible
So not flexible, old age system. If you buy it in store even if you give you member number they cant track it. Lost the receipt and it was a present so nothing can be done... it so inflexible will never ever buy anything again ( and I have been a huge customer).... 2025 and the digital era just passed them by. I understand its not the clerks fault but they could be a bit flexible , its not like it happens everyday and they put so much stress on the client with this no flexible way. I could not even get a gift card because these do not exist anymore... are you freaking kidding me!
Placed an order on Sunday
Placed an order on Sunday, tracking says the package was on its way and by Thursday I received an email saying the return was processed. I never received the package and when I called customer service, they said the label was created on the Monday and she couldn’t do anything further.
I don’t know whether that item ever existed but they were very happy to take £50 from me and never send the item.
Midleads customers
Could not exchange the size of baby clothes. Informational message in the store doesno indicate the size until i cant exchange it. Not reasonable, as buying the same via internert you can even return it. Not practical, poor information on customers. Very disappointed. Wont ever come back
Return was never processed
Return was never processed. Customer service not responding. Cost me €20,00 to send it back. Scammers!
Items never arrived
Items never arrived. Lindex asked me to contact UPS and nobody responds to calls at UPS! I should have read the other reviews. Ordering online is a scam.
Lindex (Stockmann) uses child labor
This clothing brand supports child labor in Bangladesh.
They’re not delivering their orders
They’re not delivering their orders. According to customer service it was shipped from their warehouse, however it’s a lie because delivery company haven’t received it.

I had a terrible experience ordering a dress from this shop. First, the courier never bothered to call me and left the parcel far from my location. As a pregnant woman, I had to go out of my way to retrieve it, which was extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, when I opened the parcel, the dress was in awful condition—ripped and completely unwearable. I email them the same day, and return them today at their one of the branches thankfully they promised to refund my money (hopefully soon). However, this entire experience was a complete waste of my time. I won’t be ordering from here again.
