Instant Replies from admins and great services

Ran into some technical issues when attempting a non standard connection to the services. Rifad did a spactacular job of staying on top of the issue, getting back to me and solving the issue promptly! Hard workers at lime! thanks again guys!

Rifad form customer support told me they sell only residental proxy. So i buy premium version for 5$ + 1$ fee, and this is will be useless cheap hosting proxy. He told me that from "residental" he means "datacenter proxy" omg, this store doesent know about difference with this proxy.

The live support is amazing, the guys are really nice, and really fast to answer ! We fixed my problem after 2 days but they was always nice with me.

First the Service of the product is outstanding for my game needs as I can tell a completely different in game feeling and responses connecting through the proxie vs my stand alone 450mb internet service provider connection with traffic on the line so the product is working. Second the company’s customer service is outstanding. They are responsive and helpful every time. This is the best of breed for me as a multi decade power user. Thank you To the Services x2 , I’m a dedicated user of LimeProxies after the above experiences.

It was quick to resolve

This service is reliable and works as far as I need. I don't have large bandwidth requirements like some of the other reviewers here, but the geo proxy features all work well.

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had in my life. He went way above and beyond to make me happy and to help me sort out all of my issues. He recommended a Google Chrome tool that could automate my processes and then added all 100 of my proxy accounts to set it up! Wow, what a rockstar! I feel humbled for being frustrated when he first encountered me on chat. He was a hero. And a kind one.

Asked for a refund immediately after payment because it turns out there's a bandwidth limit they don't tell you about until you open an account. I was offered unlimited bandwidth to compensate (which turned out to be 10TB, not unlimited). I persisted with the refund and eventually they said they would, they then said they were unable to refund it due to a system error. I opened a case on PayPal to resolve it, they asked me to cancel the case as they can only refund via their system and not via PayPal, so I did. Suddenly they can't refund me again and now I have no recourse to go back to PayPal to refund! Do not trust this company! I'm $150 out of pocket for 50 useless private proxies because your bandwidth limit is per account anyway not per proxy! So not only is it not unlimited like they said, it's only 500GB per proxy per month. Bunch of scammers.

Their website info is all fake! They lie and they don’t provide what they advertised.

Not tested the proxies yet, however when the live chat adviser was REALLY helpful and made sure I got what I needed. When I came to the website, I was testing out what I needed and even though I chose the wrong product, they upgraded me to the one I needed without any hassle.
