Lilit Bang Lumphu Hotel, the most bad hotel in the whole Bangkok.
A perfect trifecta of a terrible hotel. They tried the classic bait-and-switch, putting us in a hostel instead of the room we booked. The location is terrible and feels unsafe. The food is disgusting. The entire operation feels designed to scam tourists who booked online. Save your money and your sanity—stay anywhere else.
Potential guests should be aware of significant issues with this property. Our confirmed reservation for a standard room was not honored upon check-in, with staff attempting to relocate us to inferior accommodation in a separate hostel building.
Furthermore, we have significant concerns regarding safety due to the poorly maintained property and the hotel's location. The dining options provided are of exceptionally low quality.
Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this hotel to any traveler and believe the management engages in deeply unethical business practices regarding online bookings.
