Shocking experience.

This is reactive parts who are importing from Italy and using lightech name. Soon as the order goes through you see reactive email come through straight away.

Soon as I seen the email I knew from past experience that this wasn’t going to go well.

Stands kept getting delayed to the point that a month went by and I asked for a refund. It was agreed that the refund would be in my account within 10 working days. After many emails ignored by them and about 6 weeks later, I decided enough was enough and had to report it to my credit card company for a charge back. Luckily they acted on my behalf.

Never ever again. Shocking company. Stay well clear of Lightech and reactive parts.

worst company i have ever bought from waited 3 months for chain ajusters i gave up waiting and asked for a refund and still waiting 3 weeks later avoid this company at all cost.

Ordered some levers on 17th May. Still not received it 3 weeks later.

Don’t bother.

Poor customer service.

If you want to return an order, expect to chase multiple people multiple times to get an answer.

Great aftermarket motorcycle parts!! Top quality stuff.
