It seems like someone has Cloned their…

It seems like someone has Cloned their page. I love this product and have ordered through this company several times with no problems. I ordered two bottles ($89) and never received the product. No one answers the phone, you leave a message with no response and I keep getting dumb emails with no results.

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware!! This is the biggest scammers in skincare!! I ordered it and after receiving it I tried to use it but only 2 drops came out! Empty! From the 2 drops I got to try it made my skin blotchy and dry. I said I wanted to cancel & get a refund but that just got me excuse after excuse. I then looked at my bank account and saw I was charged $147 for 2 more orders! In my opinion contacting their "customer service" is a joke as they're trained to rip people off.

Terrible Customer Service

I placed an order for Lift Factor Plus but did not receive it nor any explanation for a delay. There was a charge on my credit card already but no product. I inquired about the status of my order and received no response. I requested two more times and no response so I requested a refund. No response. My advice is not to deal with a company with such terrible customer service!!

This company has a terrible way of Customer Service

This company has a terrible way to handle business. They claim you can have a 30-day trial and highly recommend getting more than one bottle to save money with a satisfaction guarantee, but when you choose to return the products they offer you less than half of what you paid or you can pay to return the items with a $9.95 PER BOTTLE fee. So much for a "FREE" trial. I would. never do business with this company. Shameful.

Lift Factor's advertising story implies more than the product offers

Lift Factor draws you in with a story about a girl whose boyfriend rejected her because her mother was aging badly. The mother portrays Lift Factor as a complete rejuvenation of the face. When it comes, you are referred to the website for instructions for use. On the website, you learn that it is primarily used for bags under the eyes and may not be paricularly helpful with dark circles, wrinkles in other facial areas, or evening out skin tone.
I ordered 3 Lift Factor Plus and also the Vital C and the Ageless Moisturizer--the total came to $175. The next day, I received an email that said that 3 bottles of Lift Factor were sitting on the sender's desk and all she needed was my address to get it out to me. It was an upsell; had I bitten, I would have been charged $99 additional for 3 more bottles.
When I realized that Lift Factor was only for eyes, I didn't even open it, although I had already the C serum and 1 jar of the Ageless. I contacted Customer Service to get instructions on returning everything, since I wanted something more complete than Lift Factor. Yep, they'll take it all back and refund my money LESS $9.95 restocking fee per item. That's almost $60! Or I can keep everything and receive a $75 refund. Why would I keep something that isn't what I wanted? $60 in restocking fees is excessive, I believe. I'm losing $60 for returning an unsatisfactory product line. Please beware.
