Im over the moon to be aproved for the boiler as a single mother of three its something id never be able to afford so thank you. My only issue is its been 2 weeks and the electrician still hasnt been and i have chased this issue more than once, hense 1 loss of a star.

Representative came to the door. I remembered him from a previous encounter when he organised cavity wall insulation. From then on things were fairly straightforward, the only caution being that I wasn't sure exactly what heating system they were planning to install until a few days before work was due to start, and was not totally aware of how much disruption there would be to replace electric storage heaters with a heat pump and radiators. Can hardly wait for winter so I can turn it all on! All companies should be this easy to deal with.

From being unsure about having the work done to being totally satisfied. Everything from the initial work from Lifetime savings to Macbrook fitting it was so professional. Every section of the conversion, from radiators, heat pump, solar panels and heating engineers, electricians, solar fitters and scaffolding was excellent.

I was contacted 'out of the blue' and informed of the Lifetimesavings scheme for which I qualified. The main contractor - sub contracted the work of fixing solar panels and heat retention heaters - this proved quite difficult re appointments - all rather stressful. However all the people I had to contact on regular intervals were charming and tried to be helpful. I am now happy with the end result.

Lifetime savings explained the whole process to me from application to install. This helped when on the journey. They were very supportive, chasing for information from others when needed, answering my queries and keeping me informed. I would use Lifetimesavings again should the need arise.

I initially contacted lifetimesavings as I had moved into a property that still had a very ancient back boiler. I was doubtful they could help me but I was wrong, they completed all the work to gain the grant and submitted this without me having to do a thing. When I have had to contact them Alex and all his team have been so helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Very pleased with Lifetime Savings. They initiated the process to replace my boiler and have cavity wall insulation fitted through the Government’s EC04 energy scheme. This was completed in April 2025 . Everything was clearly explained from the initial survey to them pairing my installers and completion of the works. .
