Return request not yet fulfilled

A return request is placed through the Lifestylestores app (Order number 1270927857), which included a pair of jeans and a t-shirt.

I raised the return request on December 21, but the items have not yet been picked up. It has been 10 days now. I have also emailed them but have only received a reply advising me to wait an additional three working days for an update. Furthermore, I have spoken to customer care executives multiple times, but no immediate solution has been offered.

This lack of action and clear communication is very disappointing and is not what I expect from such a reputed company.

I would not recommend anyone to purchase from Lifestylestores app since returning the product is a tedious task. Customer service people don't even have any answer to the issue. I am getting cheated by Lifestylestores.
A fraud company with no moral values.

I went to the store to check a few…


I went to the store to check a few products and was simply clicking pictures to share with a friend for shortlisting. Suddenly, a salesman rudely told me not to click photos. I politely asked where it was mentioned that photography is not allowed — they had no answer.

Within minutes, 2–3 staff members surrounded me, started arguing loudly in front of 10–15 customers, and publicly defamed me as if I had done something wrong. Then the manager, Narender, joined in and continued blaming and insulting me instead of handling the situation professionally.

When I again asked where the “no photography rule” is displayed, they arrogantly said: “Hum sab kuch nahi likh sakte, it's our rule.”
They even called 5–7 more staff members, creating an intimidating situation as if they were about to physically confront me. Only when mall security came, the matter stopped from escalating further.

If Lifestyle truly has such rules, they must clearly display them at the entrance, not harass customers inside the store. Their behaviour was aggressive, unprofessional, and absolutely unacceptable.

I strongly recommend customers to avoid visiting Lifestyle in Pacific Mall, Subhash Nagar. No one deserves this kind of treatment for simply clicking a picture.

I bought Puma shoes which got damaged…

I bought Puma shoes which got damaged within 1 month. No support was provided by Lifestyle though there is a warranty of 3 months from Puma. After sale service staff on line were hopeless, rude and unprofessional. A very bad experience. Puma asks to come through the seller and seller doesnot support because of its unprofessional approach

WORST SERVICE AND PATHETIC SPAMMERS!!!

Worst cloths shopping experience ever, PERIOD! Never seen such a pathetic online web portal who takes their customers for a ride. Made a big mistake of purchasing something from them on 20-Apr-2022 and from the moment go, the order was riddled with problems and more problems.

First part, they sent a wrong item, next part they sent a wrong size and when I ordered for a pick up, they stopped messaging after that. Their customer care numbers are unreachable and if they do ring, they take ages to be answered and once they are answered, they say they are doing their best and it ends there!

On top of that, they keep SPAMMING you on Whatsapp and SMS like crazy with pathetic, annoying and unwanted offers, like I would ever even think of buying from them!!!

THINK TWICE EVEN BEFORE SHARING A FEW DIGITS OF YOUR MOBILE NUMBER, ONCE YOU DO, BE READY TO BE BOMBARDED BY THEIR PATHETIC MARKETING SPAMS, THERE'S NO LOOKING BACK AFTER THIS!
