The team was wonderful. I was in and out within a 15-20 minutes. They walked me through the process to confirm that my access code worked on the gate and the building. We opened the unit and then locked it with the lock that i purchased.

I went off the good reviews given & would like to save someone else by giving my honest experience If you plan to leave your items long term, please beware. I lost over $4000 worth of items due to rat infestation. I initially asked were there rats at this location & was told no. Staff acts like this is a first time incident when brought to their attention, but come to find out this is a major problem at this facility. Insurance does not cover large sums due to vermin so I was only given back $400 of what I lost after having to replace everything. I wouldn’t chance it.(Old National Hwy Location)

I love the flexibility of being able to rent online which really helped me out in finding out I needed an outdoor storage unit! They took care of everything that needed to be done and i could settle in right away.

Manipulators. They dont send you bills, then when you are late they tack on a $50 to $60 fee. Unpredictable when an employee will be in the office. Hold your goods hostage. Force a worthless expensive insurance on every locker every month. Changing name soon. Dont give you paperwork but make you sign. Sign and sign their agreements. Worthless way many businesses in America have begun to operate.

The worst company to trust. Their entire business model is about auctioning your property off. They will do everything they can to make sure you do not get your property back. Raising rates, quick late fees, and immediate lien fees. Do not store your property here!!!!

Easy Online sign up, but I had questions because my realtor is the one actually dropping off boxes at the unit. Malay answered the phone at the Savannah Abercorn location (Life Storage #25) and was very friendly and explained the process thoroughly and clearly. Crossing my fingers that the rate I got is not a bait and switch like some other storage companies...

Super fast and smooth registration and move-in process. Very helpful and efficient front desk.

The employees made it easy to secure a storage space and helped me thru the whole process in a timely manner. They were professional and knowledgeable.

The place is infected with Rats, fungus, and other stuffs. Life Storage did not warn us about it and we placed our home furnitures, beds, etc in that place. Now we will be forced to throw away everything, because we don't want to infect the new place we are moving.

Virginia was very personable. She made me feel welcome, explained everything, even had me work the locking mechanism until I was familiar with how it worked. Initially, it kept getting stuck but she helped me figure out the problem. The facility itself is bright and clean which is a big reason for choosing Life Storage.

Easy process to rent the unit, the person at counter (Phillip) was very helpful and knowledgeable he broke down all the fees and the process took less than ten minutes, moving day can be so stressful and life storage did not add to the stress of the day! Building and unit was very clean. I'd recommend them to anyone needing a storage unit

This company is the worst. My facility has no entry security for the last 2weeks. Place is wide open. Neither elevator is working now. First went out 3 months ago. There is absolutely no customer service. Office staff useless. Regional manager dies not answer phone. Corporate does not respond to emails.

Personal and professional staff. Cleanliness and spacious areas for storage.

1st your online is horrible. If it was not for Justin at location I would have walked away. He was great and explained so much worked with us with full knowledge of facility. He personally saved your company.

Your representatives or associate (Bill) is incredible. Very helpful and made the whole renting a unit extremely easy. You should hire lots more just like him. Thank you thank him.
