Order was never delivered
Order was never delivered, refused to resend it because of what it contained. Now I don't have the medication I need. Waste of time.

We apologise for the problems you was having with the delivery of your order.
We dispatched your order on time and sometimes orders get delayed by Royal Mail and because of the nature of the medicine, we cannot send a replacement as it can be harmful if two packets arrive for the same person. As an online pharmacy, we have to these extra precautions because we don't see the customers face to face and the healthy & safety of our customers is our top priority.
Because we couldn't you a replacement, we have refunded your order in full.
We will take this experience on board in order to improve our customer service.

Excellent service, the website is easy to navigate and use and has everything, I wish I had thought of using the service before. My items arrived by Royal Mail in I think 3 or 4 days and was well packaged. Overall a great shopping experience, it saved me going out to the Pharmacy especially during these challenging times, I'm a pensioner so happy to have things delivered. Will definately use LifePharmacy Online again.
