My baqala ( grocery ) understand customer service unfortunately LIFE PHARMACY to provide HEALTH CARE n home delivery ( delivery in 2 / 3 hours ) and is the worst incl the pharmacist. Deliveries done at dead of night 11pm ? When orders were CANCELLED? Is the owner out for deliveries ? 🙃😡 and desperate for biz ?
BTW what is the ploy on Free vouchers against medication ???...MOH need to investigate The marketing team need to explain how promotions are conducted and transparency ...else will be reported with pics

Please dont handle this home delivery things if you cannot do it because you have proved it u are very pathetic in this home delivery. You are dealing with a thing which is important than food. I have given the prescription of me and my child and waited for 3 hours as said from your baniyas east souq sarab branch and after 15 hours they have messaged me in whatsapp and asking me for my insurance card which means you haven't proceeded for anything with my prescription for that 15 hours. Worst experience ever. I am reminding you that there are many other pharmacies across UAE from where i can get the medicine. Please dont make the patients suffer pike this.

Everytime I am ordering with Life,delivery is always taking time.They are always delivering my ordering for almost 3hrs.not just one time but everytime. Pharmacy have too much branches now but you cannot hire more delivery boys??really its disappointing and your customer service is awful. Staffs only wants to say sorry but they dont understand the need of the customers.

I ordered vitamin E oil from LifePharmacy. There was a delay in Royal Mail delivery and I had to email LifePharmacy customer service inquiring about my order. I was pleasantly surprised how promptly they responded to me. As they had already dispatched the order they could not advise why there was such a long delay in delivery and offered either to send a replacement or give me full refund. I requested a full refund. And on the same day in the evening my order was delivered. I wanted to pay back the outstanding money but LifePharmacy kindly offered me to keep the item without payment for the inconvenience and a sign of good gesture. I really appreciate it. Overall, great experience and support from the customer service team.

Complete waste of time
Ordered some aftershave and then received an email several days later stating that it wasn't in stock. If it wasn't in stock, then why did your site allow me to order it? A complete waste of time and won't be using again

Our stock levels always fluctuate especially during special promotions that we run on regular basis. It just happened that the aftershave you ordered went out of stock at the time of your order due to popular demand.
We tried to source the item from our suppliers but the could not give estimate time of availability.
As a result and to avoid further delays, we refunded your order in full and sent confirmation email at the of your order.

Awful service
I ordered some painkillers for a bad back as my GP advised me to take otc when regular ibuprofen doesn’t work. They cancelled my order for frequent use. The last time I had ordered was 3 months ago. Don’t use this company. They don’t even know the correct guidelines on the medication they sell. They expect you to waste your GP time with minor conditions.

The health & safety of our customers are our top priority and as we cannot see you in person; our pharmacist with online protocols, we cannot send medications of this nature to one customer on regular basis. Your GP may prescribe this medication as they physically can see you and determine your symptoms but we have to take the safer approach. We don’t want to be an online pharmacy who just takes our customer’s money but want to make sure our customer’s wellbeing comes first. We hope that you understand this matter from our perspective.
