.appt running late .Appt at 2:15pm still didn't get in at…

..Appt at 2:15pm still didn't get in at 2:45pm...had to get back to work at 3pm .. after I asked why I hadn't gotten in yet. They said they were running late. Should let people know that. someone came and did blood draw for TSH and C protein..did my carotid Artery screening..Said you would be calling me about the test I didn't receive that day....I called life line have to reschedule no credit back...

This was 100% better experienced in then last one I had. Everybody was so professional kind and explained everything. The last one I had at one of the stations there was two ladies, and they were very rude.

The appointment was very professional with the entire staff. Very friendly and efficient. Not much waiting between stations if any and they made you feel very comfortable.

Don't expect things to go your way. You will pay for their mistakes.

We were informed that the place for the screening was changed, but that we should still show up at our appointed time. I went there, but Life Line showed up nearly an hour later. I was the first there, but one of the last to be called up, and that only after I protested that everyone called up first had later appointments. I didn't get screened for A-fib because their machine was broken. No refund for that. The tecnicians were kind and helpful, but the organization is dysfunctional. The change of venue was not their fault, but their response to it was abysmal. Many of the paid customers simply left in disgust without being examined. Even with that, my wait time was over an hour, one of the last people served.
