I recently purchased a phone case from this company. The case did not fully fit my phone as advertised. The case is brand new and only tried on out of the box.
I initially emailed them asking for a refund and there returns address. First of all they just asked me questions about my phone (probably to see if I ordered the right case).
They asked for pictures, so I sent them and repeated to ask for a refund and returns address.
They have now completely ignored all of my emails now and I'm obviously not getting a refund.
Their Facebook page just advised me to email them after I sent them a message.

I ordered a phone case at the beginning of August.
All seemed fine until I experienced an issue and tried to email for help.
Yodel confirmed my parcel had been delivered, yet I had not received it. They spoke to the driver who confirmed they had "delivered" the parcel. Yodel advised that I speak to the seller.
As of today, I have sent Lievu 3 emails, with no response.
I had paid via PayPal, so opened a PayPal case - Lievu only responded to provide the tracking number and gave me a different email address to contact.
I have emailed the email address a further 2 times. Still no response.
All this has now lead me to contacting them via Facebook! I finally thought I was getting somewhere when they responded to say they would follow up on my enquiry...
The follow up, was another message to asking me to contact them via ther first email address or a non-uk phone number!!!
Really poor customer service. I now don't have my item, I'm out of pocket and I've had to deal with shockingly awful customer service!
