Pure and Utter Scam

Pure and Utter Scam
As other reviews show, this is designed to look like DVLA's site and is purely set up as a con to spindle money from you via a subscription you do NOT need. As per the other reviewer, report them to all bodies and perservere to get your money back or they will keep scamming other innocent people.

I believe that this company

I believe that this company, may be called, Licence Service Support.
Either way, they take your money, without you really realising it.
Try talking to them, a waste of time.
They are ,to all, intents and purposes a scam company
How / why, would people work for a company like that..

A company set up to scam people trying…

A company set up to scam people trying to renew their driving licence. They set up their website to look like the DVLA and hide an £89 subscription in the small print and then don't mention it until the money leaves your account. Their subscription offers no value and purely charges you for things that you can easily get for free, if you don't cancel the subscription they will steal another £89 every three months until you notice.
Not a real company, a scam operation.

A very sirilar experience to the other…

A very similar experience to the other review written. Landed on the site as I clicked the link to it as it appeared at the top of a google search when searching "dvla renewal", missed the fact it was an 'ad'. Went through the less than 20 GBP process and paid 95 GBP for the privilege. Looking on their term & conditions page and data privacy stuff it actually looks like this place is based in Estonia.
Now in fairness it does look like they instantly processed my renewal to the DVLA and I got a ref number and went to the correct DVA website to check it and looks ok.
However all that said I have serious concerns about the personal data/info provided to this organization/person and sent an email asking for all data on me to deleted and asked to cancel the contract between me and them. Received an automated email reply saying "we'll be in touch". When on the site it isn't clear you are not on the DVLA site all info about the site NOT being related to DVLA is at the bottom of the page and you have to scroll down to see it, something you wouldn't intentionally do as the buttons you need to click for all application items are at the top of the page and all fonts, styles and colours used are the same as the DVLA site to make you think you are on the legit GOV website.

Scam alert

Scam alert

Our daughter mistakenly booked a provisional through this website who took an extra £81 on top of DVLA £34 cost. We tried to cancel immediately afterwards yet they said it was automated and DVLA had our application- we called DVLA who did not have it. We tried to invoke our 14 day statutory right to cancel but they offered a part refund only as they had automated systems.

We have asked several times for our daughters personal information to be removed and they constantly respond offering £30 refund and we must write back with acceptance

I say “they” but I suspect this company is one man who makes up fictitious departments and employees
- the company is registered to Estonia

Don’t give up, report to trading standards via an online form, report to Action Fraud also online, also report to your bank. It is a pain to do this but, this is the only way to stop this and get justice.
