I have used the magnetic eyelashes for quite a while and they are excellent. I ordered some more but on the first use (as I was getting them out of the packaging) a magnet has broken off and they cant be used.
These things happen, so I reached out to customer service and after multiple emails I have been ignored. Very disapointed as this could have been sorted very quickly and efficiently
Product was in great condition.
Delivery was longer than what was advertised.
No communication.
I am extremely disappointed at the lack of response and customer service as I emailed on three occasions to say I wished to return the product and advise the return portal does not work but have received no response. I have therefore paid postage and returned to the return address and am awaiting a response

Quick response and delivery. Beautiful product-handbag- exactly what I wanted
Purchase came on time but I am still trying to return my item. The returns portal on the website isn't working and just comes up as an error. I have emailed twice over the past few days with no response. It says on the website they will get back to you within 24 hours. I feel if you state you will get back to customers within 24 hours then that should be the case. Also no acknowledgement email to reassure you they have got your email. I am hoping I will get a reply soon and I can change this review.
Edit: I have now had a response from Libre London who apologised for the delay and let me know it was due to
Libre London opening its first store next week. Due to changes in the system, their return portal was under construction. These things happen and the woman who emailed me had attached my return form. I have also received my refund. Hopefully next time the portal will be back up and running.

I received it within a couple of days.
The handbag is lovely quality and a great price.
