Liberty mutual has been our insurance for many years and I have always been treated courteously and fairly in all situations.

They were helpful and customer service was very helpful and very understanding and patient with me. The price was much better than my old insurance company.

When and electrical storm hit my home and damaged my roof and several appliances it took for ever for someone to come and inspect. Since I couldn't go without a refrigerator for so long I had to have it fixed so by the time a person came they said it wouldn't be covered. Also my deductible was used twice and when I tried to explained the it was used I was told too bad because appliances and roof are two separate items.

Great customer service very polite and they understand exactly every situation like splitting households after a divorce and privacy love the customer service 😀 👍

Good insurance company and a decent price for the insurance I need

A series of mishaps; I had a house fire 2 weeks ago.... nothing from liberty since they sent an adjuster 2 weeks ago. Nothing from my agent who told me it would be better if I did not submit a claim. I asked for numbers regarding my policy weeks ago.... no answer back.... the customer several is the lowest I've ever had to endure.
Do not do business with liberty mutual, they only care about receiving your money.... but not paying your claim.

Roof damage occurred on/around 1 Jun 2026 due to hail/wind storm. Damage included missing shingles, countless hail strikes, interior wall and flooring damage.

Liberty accepted responsibility for missing shingles and water damage to interior walls and flooring, however, REFUSED to acknowledge that the entire roof was damaged, even after having pictures from the contractor.

Contractor that they sent out, ION repairs, did a half a$$ job in providing a solid review of my home. After over 45+ days Liberty finally decided to pay out the interior damage portion and ignore the roof entirely!

After Liberty Mutual sends me an ePayment for the inside damage to my house they claim they did not close the claim, but are offering me what they owe me!?!? What kind of business model is this?

I like this online but to find a phone number for you is like finding a needle in a HAY STACK. Terrible way to treat your older 82 year old customers with 5 houses and 3 cars , 2 commercial with Liberty and Geico.

The experience of talking with the agent, I believe he gave his name as AJ, was the best experience I have had talking with an insurance agent in my memory. He was clear, personable, and thorough.
