The best customer service of any shop, both in store and online. They make every transaction easy and no query is too troubling; the in-store staff are really lovely and personable, whilst the online staff are knowledgeable and efficient with queries.

Terrible Returns Experience
My wife has returned an item to Liberty through their returns system, but despite being shown proof that the item has arrived with them via the DPD tracking, they are refusing to refund the item in question because they have not been able to find it within their premises. Customers should not be penalised for a company's bad internal stock tracking system when the customer has shown evidence of the item being delivered via the courier chosen specifically by the company for the return.
