Once my order was placed, Liberty Games updated me on a regular basis as to when the jukebox would be delivered.
The delivery company also gave me a time slot the day before delivery and telephoned me just before they were due to arrive.
The jukebox was a present for my husband's 70th Birthday. He is absolutely thrilled with it and has been playing his old vinyl records, some of which he has had since he was a teenager.

Ordered an American Pool table, and have no experience whatsoever. The correspondence from Angel was clear and friendly and the chaps who came to install it were knowledgeable, gave us great advice and really nice too! Thoroughly recommend. Now I just have to figure out how to beat my son at pool!

I have bought from Liberty games several times over the years and I have always been very happy with their service. They have a wide range of products, a fast delivery time and excellent customer service.

We ordered a convertible pool/ping pong table. The delivery was quick, the product is excellent and the customer support was superb. Be aware any additional benches are not included in assembly, but that is mentioned when ordering. Very happy customers!

Refreshing!!! Ordered 2 x Strikeworth Free Kick football tables. We had already had hands-on a table at a neighbours house. The design and quality is great, especially for the price. That’s a win win on Christmas gifts for grandchildren. We found contact with customer service to be brilliant and we chose to place the order by phone on this occasion - this was quick and simple. Order placed on Saturday lunchtime and tables delivered Monday lunchtime!!! Well packaged. Shame that the DHL courier wasn’t exactly a bundle of laughs but is not Liberty’s fault and no impact on the brilliant service. Well done and thank you to all at Liberty. Highly recommended.

I couldn’t be happier with my new dining room pool table! The delivery was fast, and the installation team did an incredible job—arriving early, working very quietly, and leaving everything spotless. The table itself is absolutely stunning and doubles perfectly as both a dining table and a pool table. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering one.

Felt the need to write a review here, because of the exceptional service provided by this company and the courier they used. The ordering process, communications, delivery were all absolutely faultless. Hayden in Customer Services is a star, helped us promptly with an issue in a speedy, helpful and proactive way.
My heart always sinks when a company says, "our courier will be in contact to arrange delivery", because this is usually where it all goes wrong. Not here though. Avanti, the couriers were absolutely brilliant, contacted me to organise a convenient delivery, sending me a shorter timeslot the day before and then a friendly, helpful, polite telephone call 20-30 mins before on the day of arrival. Couldn't believe it. It all worked like clockwork.
This is how to run a company, great products, great price, exemplary customer service and absolutely faultless delivery. Well done!

Found it very easy to order, we were kept informed about what was happening, delivery was surprisingly quick. The jukebox was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition . Looks good and sounds great, sits well in the living room. A minor complaint is the speed and on / off switch for the record player are a bit awkward to get at , but we're getting better with practice. Loved the whole experience and will recommend Liberty Games to anyone who is looking for similar products.

Bought the pool cue as I've been playing weekly and have been improving. I'm no professional, but consider myself half decent, so went for a fairly inexpensive cue. I really like it. It's fairly lightweight and has a nice feel. One of the pubs I play in can be a bit cramped at one end of the table, so being able to unscrew the bottom 4 or 5 inches has been useful. The cue arrived very quickly.

Liberty Games provide an excellent service from start to finish. I ordered my pool table and it was ready and installed with in a week. I received help and guidance from the installation team. Really pleased.

I bought the full size Tekscore folding football table. You won't find it cheaper anywhere else as they have a price promise. Was going to buy from Amazon but decided to go with Liberty Games due to their excellent customer service rating and i'm so glad I did as I had to contact them to sort something and Hayden was excellent and dealt with my problem in a professional way and resolved the matter swiftly. The table is sturdy and the whole family are having great fun using it. We have our own World Cups!!!

Hi I recently bought a pool table of liberty games and as I’ve always played pool at a good level I was worried it might be substandered. But I’m over the moon with the quality off the table and the ease of assembly. Pool balls and snooker balls are quality alsorts. So for anyone worrying or torn between other tables as I was then definitely use liberty games. Delivery was also timely and efficient

I ordered a full sized table tennis table and received clear communication from Liberty. The delivery was as expected, with helpful drivers.
The table was successfully put together, although I felt the instructions could have been clearer! That isn’t Liberty’s issue though!
I’m thoroughly enjoying the high quality of the table with my friends.
