I first met Jenny in 2021 when I wanted to find out more about purchasing a property, if I would be eligible and what would be involved. She answered all my questions and was a great support right through to my property purchase in mid-2022. Her knowledge and patience with helping me to make my first purchase were invaluable. Communication was good to start with, returned calls and initial meeting was most promising. Paperwork and loan submission was all good.
As time went on and process dragged out longer than I initially was told it would with it became harder and herder to make contact.
Would not answer calls and took way to long to return calls or msgs. Was unavailable for large parts of the day with no contact at all. Many days went past when nothing happened or no contact. especially when I informed her that I was on a very tight deadline to begin with. This was most dissappointing.

Jennifer was an absolute stand out. In every way she did the most clear, complete checking, cross checking, assessment of me, my assets,viability,business, track record, properties & what the funds were to be spent on. She visited each, got every stage through clearly, on time,communicated with all parties & shared in the joy when it all came through. Jennifer totally understood my financial plan for the future, desire for asset building, understands business & is as good as is possible to ever meet. Her property valuer & the loan assessor were all equally bright stars. Jennifer is what makes Tasmanian blossom, and I am very grateful to have met her through my accountant, Tony Brello & Rams superstar Tony Leggatt.

My partner and I have a small business that was effected by the first Covid-19 lockdown. When getting advice from "the banks" and a well regarded Broker, we were told due to the one quarter of sales that were down due to Covid, we would have to wait another two years of financials to show that the Covid "dip" had passed. We have been running our business for 25 years, and our good financial history was being thrown away due to a business shutdown not of our making.

Jennifer and the Liberty team understand small business. They were able to work with details from our accountant that were able to show our ongoing income and helped us get a loan in an extremely timely manner to allow us to purchase our dream home in a rising market.

I would tell anyone in small business, who is having difficulties getting a loan through traditional means, to get in touch with Jenny. Her professionalism and advice were second to none. Jenny went above and beyond to make sure my mortgage application was approved. She was professional, and made me feel like I was in good hands throughout the process.

I was not subject to finance.. so not settling was not an option.. & with settlement date over Christmas/New Year, Jenny took my calls, made herself available & consulted with her upline over the Christmas break.. timelines were tight,& she weathered my stresses to finally get a result at the eleventh hour when I could not get it accross the line with other lenders.
