SKY PET PRODUCTS - LIBERTA BRAND CAGES
I contacted this company regarding A LIBERTA PARROT CAGE.
The company distributing this product is Sky Pet Products.
The pullout tray has rusted and disintegrated and all I wanted was advice and a means to buy a replacement tray.
I sent a support request three times, with no response I spoke to James who said he would look for the email and come back to me.
He failed to do so therefore I spent a day trying to get someone to answer the phone and when I did the attitude was appalling.
The guy I spoke to said that when the tray gets wet the paint peels so given that parrots flick a lot of water about he was actually stating that the product was not fit for purpose.
He then went onto tell me that a new tray would not be available as sizes change but then said he had not seen the photos I sent and did not even know what cage I was talking about.
I spoke to a few end user stores and one that is greatly respected told me that he was not surprised as they were a nightmare to deal with on anything.
Don’t buy from these disreputable people as they are just box shifters who don’t respect people who buy their LIBERTA branded cages.
