The good very smooth ride very economical effortless driving and a good looking car LBX
The bad the battery as let me down too many times had the battery replaced still let me down 18 months old 20,000 km I do not except this from a premium brand
The ugly rear seat leg room android phone connection door handles too finicky too many warning bleeps

Second time the service damaged our car (broke the lisence plate holder , changed the new cup holder for a damaged one), blame others and we never used any agent only LEXUS. The service book recorded. We requested the camera records, it has not provided, we requested the change parts during the service, it was denied. The service manager is really respectful, Sergio, so no trust to take our cars to there anymore, even no any apology. We felt like we have a low brand car not a premium brand car how they are promoting themselv on the market.
It is in the Marbella service office.
No any action taken aftre several complains but I see the overall review , which is so bad...so I am not the first and not the last disappointed customer. It's a shame...

Shocking customer service from a supposedly premium brand. My 6 month old LBX developed strange technical issues and they left me stranded in Málaga miles from home without a courtesy car. Both the dealer and national assistance people don't care at all about clients. Avoid Lexus.

The official garage is a trap!!!
I been in the official garage, served by Sergio Moreno, he told me the check should take half an hour and they will charge by hourly, called me after hour and half to tell me that beside the checking, it took them 1 more hour to take the plastic door cover off and now will take another hour to put it back... when I arrived to collect the car, the manager, Salvador, play the game and explain me it's only taking 1 hour to remove and put the cover (still too much) and about other "checkes" what not make sense as I got the call from the garage after all when only left to put back the plastic "for 1 hour!"
They both Sergio Moreno and Salvador, lies and over charge. You shouldn't left the car with them alone, they made extra working time you can't argue with...
I paid 2.5 hour not to fix the problem. Only to tell me what the problem is, for the "working time"...
this absolutely trap!!! Go to any private garage or better, don't buy Lexus in Marbella area (South of Spain).
