Cheap quick bike insurance, that’s a plus. However getting in contact with them is impossible, every phone call to every number listed is put on hold then hung up on, every email goes un replied to, even the live chat just says “call this number” which then doesn’t get you anywhere. I’ve recently suffered a seizure and cannot drive, and am completely unable to get in contact in order to cancel.

Edit, not even a couple hours after they saw this review, they emailed me and said they can’t help because the email I sent from doesn’t match the email on the account. Fine, I switched emails and have since sent them 4 further emails (from the 30th Jan to the 9th Feb) and have still received no reply. Truly abysmal.

Finished 2 years with insuring my motorcycle with Lexham. It consistently was the cheapest around, which was my major requirement.

I didn't make any claims, nor did I contact them, so can't complain about anything!

The renewal quote offered was also pretty good, but I managed to find an upgraded policy for the same price, so have now switched.

I like that they provide a letter of No Claims Bonus (or No Claims Discount) without being prompted. It saves me to email them :)

Impossible to get onto app - will not accept insurers details.
Very difficult to contact the correct department once a claim has been submitted, there are so many different divisions!
Promises to send emails that never happen.
No response when update re claim has been requested.
It's the only insurer that I could find to insure a 50cc moped (teenage owner), so I had no choice, but the amount of excess payable, means that it's barely worth making a claim for a cheap (but new) moped. Still waiting for a final settlement, I've been advised that it is 'going ahead', but claim was submitted 8 weeks ago.

Cancelled my insurance within 12 hours then charged me £45 because they cancelled my insurance!

I think your terms and conditions are a complete con , but you’re left with no alternative options but to go alone with it to be legal on the roads . But you take advantage of eager learners , I’m actually shocked it legal that you can get away with it

Competitive price compared to o to hers..easy to use app. Hopefully will never need to make a claim so as yet unable to vouch for the claims procedures. Unable to use my full n.c.d. as been off the road for 30 months and now pay more for a a scooter to insure than my gs bmw

I was ILLEGALLY speeding down the m25 and smoked all the feds you know man is getting famous all these speed cameras want my photo. Okay so basically i slipped because I was eating KFC and I FRAUDULENTLY claimed all the repairs back on you. sorry for lying. :3

Impossible to speak to anyone helpful, charged through the teeth for cancellation, just because they can I suppose. Avoid at all costs, use only if an absolute last resort.
