I had a problem with a humidifier that…

I had a problem with a humidifier that started leaking after one year. Given the warranty is 2 years, I reached out, and they have been extremely helpful in addressing the issue. The humidifier I bought was no longer produced, so they refunded me. One of the best customer services I have dealt with.

Great customer service

Great customer support which is unique nowadays. Had a problem with my purifier which had worked fine for nearly 2 years. Support were great and after a few emails and video of the issue they arranged a replacement. Excellent experience. Thanks.

Fantastic Warranty Experience

My air purifier developed problems after 8 months of usage. I was unable to provide much of the documentation required to support a claim. Customer service patiently worked with me and replaced the unit. They could have easily rejected my claim and I would have understood. Their willingness to go the extra mile has made me a customer for life!

Warranty mess

They are a mess I bought their Everest air purifier which stopped working around the 5 month and I asked for a replacement since was still under warranty. They offered me $30 which I thought was silly considering it was $500 because they couldn’t honor sending me the color I bought it in. They just sent me whatever color they wanted. And keep dragging out the issue what a nightmare of a company.

Scam - no way of contacting them

I purchased two levoit lv-h13 tower air purifiers from levoit via Amazon around a year ago. I have now gone to replace the filter to find they have removed the purifier from Amazon and their EU website and the appropriate filter. I tried to contact them directly but the number on their website does not work and they only provide an email for “EU” customers which no one responds to. I now have spent over £600 on air purifiers which are now redundant as I have no way of replacing the filters. Levoit should be avoided at all costs. They also claimed their filters were hepa standard then later retracted that claim. They are clearly not to be trusted and are not running an honest business with customer support.

Excellent Customer Service – Highly Satisfied!

I recently needed a replacement support frame for my Levoit Superior 6000S Smart Evaporative Humidifier, and I reached out to Levoit’s customer support. From the very beginning, they provided outstanding assistance. They promptly acknowledged my request and kept me informed throughout the process.

As soon as the part became available, they shipped it without delay. I truly appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction— they never forgot my request and ensured I received exactly what I needed. The entire experience was seamless, and their responsiveness made a big difference.

Received 200 cordless vacuum

Received 200 cordless vacuum, charged battery, turn on, brush with light not working. Called 3x, on wait longest 20 min. Gave up, will just send back, go back to known good cordless vacuum, ugh prices tell everything

Levoit humidifer LV600HH…

I bought the Levoit humidifer LV600HH in 2022 - now upgraded to Smart Humidifier - it’s their most expensive humidifier on Amazon. After 2 years, it started turning itself off (even after cleaning it). The biggest issue for me is the system design. For refills, the water tank needs to be removed, flipped over and topped up from the bottom - bit complicated. The lid is screwed on, which tightens very hard after every use (perhaps because of water pressure) so I am forever struggling to open a tight lid. Because of how it is set up, there is always water spillage when putting back the tank. There is also an exposed, uncovered hole where you are not supposed to get water in EVER, no explanation it just says don’t do it - risky. I just find it complicated and inefficient. I have other humidifiers and this is the one that gives me a headache. Would not recommend.

Customer service is non existent

Customer service is non existent. On hold forever. 2 days later tried again, a recording said to send an email. The Superior 6000s worked for 1 & 1/2 years. Now shuts down with no water light on with 6 gallons of water in the reservoir. Do not buy this unit from Levoit!

Stupid design

The air purifier usually works well and has some useful features. However, I accidentally rest my hand on one of the buttons and now it's reset the countdown for how long my filter has left, so now I have no idea when I'll need to replace it, which is a problem because replacing it too soon will be a waste of money and potentially send the message that their plan worked in the unlikely event that they did it on purpose, but replacing the filter too late could reduce the air purifier's efficacy. It would be useful for the app to be able to store the previous filters' data and how long they had left so I could switch back to the previous one if I accidentally pressed the "Done replacing filter" button on the air purifier. Alternatively, they should make it a physical button rather than a touchscreen so that accidentally touching it doesn't register as a press. Or make the button require a hard press rather than just a long press to reset it.
Also, I know about the Display Lock feature to disable the on-device buttons, but the problem is it's all-or-nothing and I can't enable/disable individual buttons, and I often use the on-device buttons to turn the display off or control the power.
It's possible that there's a way to get the data back in which case I'll modify the review.
But the AmazonBasics air purifiers seem like better value anyway.

Great Customer Service

My tower fan stopped working 14 months after purchase. I contacted the UK customer service email with my invoice and a video of the fault. I was in conversation with ‘Chem’ who was very responsive and got a new unit sent to me in 4 days. Obviously a bit concerned about the products quality (it may be a 1 off) but I can’t fault their customer service.

So I moved and lost the bottom cover…

So I moved and lost the bottom cover plate to my pet core 350 that cost me 150.00 So I called to buy a cover. The Csr told me to put a piece of cardboard there it works just as good.they couldn’t send or sell me a part. Sounds like they need to up their training and service.

FIRE HAZARD

FIRE HAZARD

I bought a levoit air purifier in 2020. The LV PUR131. On 19 of November 2023 my apartment got on fire, everything was destroyed and I lost the life of my two cats. After a police investigation I was told my air purifier was the responsible for the fire. I immediately contacted levoit that gave my details to a law firm. They have been the worst of the worst, using shaming tactics and doing everything they can to not hold levoit responsible for what happened.

I can't express how terrible I feel and how bad all of this is. Anyhow I won't quit. I'll do all I can to hold levoit accountable for what they did to us.

I have bought Levoit purifiers before

I have bought Levoit purifiers before. They work extremely well but understandably for something that needs electricity, water and cleaning it is not beyond the realms of possibility that something might go wrong. Rare but possible. I have had one technical challenge and one missing remote control. On both occasions Levoit saw fit without question to provide a replacement unit and when one model was no longer in circulation, they sent a new and different model. This is unstinting customer service of the highest standards for which I am eternally grateful. I doubt I would shop elsewhere when it comes to humidifiers. Thank you Levoit!

ZERO Customer service!

This company has NO customer service. I had a several questions that weren't well explained in the (extremely long and daunting) user manual. Levoit's voicemail says that it can't handle phone calls due to high volume; it advises customers to send them an email, with their response expected within 48 hours. I emailed them on a Monday; no response whatsoever by Friday. Meanwhile I've decided its product doesn't function as claimed, so I'm going to return it.
