Bought a pair of expensive leather shoes at the Rotterdam shop, after two months of normal use they were ruined already. Went to the shop again to ask for advice, and their reply: "you should have treated them with a spray before use".
Perhaps you could have told me that during the purchase? And they suggested me to go to a shoemaker.
Very rude and terrible service overall.
One tries to purchase in local shops to support them, but the reality is that there's a reason why online shops took over. This kind of experience should never happen to a paying customer.
Also, I went to the shoemaker as suggested by the gaslighting clerk, and he confirmed that the shoes were of bad quality, and that I could have not prevented the damages in any way.
One more reason to avoid this place like the plague.
