Sadly despite reaching out to discuss the issues that we experienced at Let's Go Play for my daughters party they have not responded in anyway.
We have been left very disappointed at the lack of service that we received and a lot of the other parents have commented on the poor service too.
Clearly from their lack of response, they are not bothered about customer satisfaction.
Nice and clean but would be better if they stopped the older children playing in the smaller kids area I had to take my child out as she kept getting knocked over

I had my little girls 3rd birthday party here and the kids absolutely loved it! The price was great food is included and your own little seating area is provided and a party room too. The kids loved the play area we heard nothing from them for the whole 2 hours.
I’ve been back a couple of times since and always been happy, I love how clean it is too.

A fantastic new soft play centre . We have been a few times now with our 2 year old daughter who absolutely loves it, We’ve had trouble getting her to leave. The whole venue is extremely clean and well kept.
The cafe is a great addition with a good selection of food and drinks and reasonable prices.
It’s never felt overly crowded or busy which makes a change from many other play centres.
Can’t wait to visit again soon.

Brilliant play centre. We have visited a few times since opening and we cannot fault it. Friendly staff, clean equipment, great food.
Definitely my new favourite place for a cuppa while the kids play 😂 10/10!!

Love this soft play we have been a few times with all 4 of my children ages are 3,4,8 and 9
All 4 love it and always ask to come back. The little ones come every week and have so much fun.. it’s so clean staff are amazing with your children and super friendly food is well priced and always fresh I don’t have a bad word the kids love it and the staff are amazing what more could you want!! Highly recommend

Very disappointed in the size of the area for little ones. My little boy is 20 months and still had to pay £8 for them to play in the smaller zone. For 2 hours. No option for a shorter amount of time. Being so young, he was shattered after 45 mins so feel it's very expensive for the time. You also are only allowed to eat and drink from the cafe. Won't be returning untill he is older and can use the rest of the play area without. The seating area is very small and busy.
It was all very clean though and staff friendly.
*edit* in response to the reply below. I was aware that the rest of the play area was open to him. But being that young, he couldn't do most of it. Hence using the smaller area for his age! But for the cost and 2 hour slot, it seems very expensive for young children that can't do it for 2 hours! Would of much preferred a smaller slot at a cheaper cost.

Thank you for noticing how clean and friendly our staff are at Let’s Go Play. Unfortunately, like most play centres it’s difficult to structure session times to cater for all age groups. I can only apologise that you were not informed you were able to use the whole of the play area with your child and we actively encourage parents to explore all of the play area with their children.
Maybe you would like to try one of our baby gym sessions which we run every day at Summerfields Gymnastics Club which is based in the same building and can be booked in advance.

These sessions are an hour long and cost £4.50 with plenty of climbing and baby toys for all to enjoy!
With regards to the not being able to bring food in from outside, this is because of our strict allergen policy.
Here at Let’s Go Play we recognised there is an ever-increasing number of people who have complex dietary requirements, food intolerances and severe food allergies. Therefore, to minimise the risk of an individual becoming seriously ill or in the worst case going into anaphylactic shock, it is vitality important to control all food items which enter the premises.
I Hope you can appreciate it is important for us here at Let’s Go Play to maintain control of all food which enters the premises and therefore try to mitigate where possible any allergen potential risks.
All kitchen and servery staff are familiar regarding the potential risks with allergies and we provide an in-depth food inventory of all food prepared and severed at Let’s Go Play, in order to satisfy and alleviate any queries put forward by our customers. This inventory describes the ingredients and nutritional value of all products available for our customers to purchase. We even challenge all customer who attempt to bring their own food into the premises and explain the rational to them.

Amazing service and staff are friendly and helpful and the the kids had an amazing time for an amazing price! I was nervous to go back to a soft play area but let's go play put me at ease, the whole place was clean, social distance was in place and everything was wiped down after use! Really happy place to take your kids and relax with a coffee.

I took my son here in their first proper opening day to the public and they were amazing. I felt very safe with it being one of the first indoor places I’ve been in over a year. It was super clean on arrival and staff were cleaning throughout my time there.
The manager was so friendly and helpful with sorting my sons meal deal and getting it to us. The staff were friendly, helpful and worked incredibly hard. I was very impressed and will be returning soon.
