From first contact everyone i have spoken with has been very helpful and polite. Clear explanations were given as to how the process would work and the cost involved. We agreed a realistic valuation and sorted the survey out for the property and an offer was recieved as soon as it was listed.

Ellie was extremely helpful all the way through the process, and very patient with me when I had technical issues!
She explained everything very clearly on my arrival at the flat, and told me how to report any issues I discover as I settle in.
My only negative is that the flat was not clean by my standards, especially the kitchen cupboards. Having just spend a day scrubbing my old flat to leave it spotless, I could have done without cleaning again on arrival…
However, the flat is very comfortable and freshly decorated, with new carpets throughout, so all good!
