With a really good wide range of products at Lester's nursery world, they had just what we wanted. I also like to support long established English businesses.
The communication was excellent. When our choice of colour was out of stock we were informed, and were notified when stock would be available. We didn't have to wait long for our item to be despatched and delivered. A positive experience all round.

A great experience from start to finish. When the delivery company messed up the delivery and sent my package to a random post office, Lesters replied very promptly to tell me exactly where the parcel was. Fantastic customer service and a good price. Would thoroughly recommend

I am completely satisfied with the product (yoyo2 6+ stone colour). I had never heard of Lester’s Nurseryworld before, but I am sure I will order from them again. They kept me fully updated on the shipping process, and the package arrived within 2-3 days, well-packed. I 100% recommend them!

Very helpful staff, fast dispatch, great value
Great to have a phone number which was answered very promptly by an actual person. Staff member was both helpful and knowledgeable. The purchase (a "bundle" with several large boxes) was dispatched extremely quickly and the boxes all arrived in very good condition. Have not unpacked them all yet but we don't expect any problems. The cherry on top was a code for a saving which made Lesters also the best value we found. Highly recommended!

Lesters were absolutely fantastic
Lesters were absolutely fantastic. The order arrived within 3 days and the tracking of the parcel was brilliant and we were kept up to date when the driver was 30 minutes away and then again when we were next. I will definitely buy from here again and will recommend them to friends and family.
