Late delivery
I ordered very expensive flowers to be delivered on a Friday I paid extra for this service and they arrived the following Monday ! It can happen but I would have expected a part refund or a gift voucher for the fact I did not get what I paid for!
BUT when the flowers arrived they were very beautiful and I would use your company again .

DO not order with this company
DO not order with this company. I ordered a delivery for Valentines's Day and this service confirmed a week ahead of time. On the day of, it showed the delivery was completed, but my partner received nothing. After two days of messages, the company said a technical glitch resulted in my order never being sent. They didn't ask if I wanted a redelivery, they just refunded me and stopped responding. Do not go with this company.

Efficient
Very efficient. Delivery a little late but lovely bouquet.
The card, which is paid for extra, was not written correctly. One word was misspelt and a letter was scrubbed out. It did not look very good. If you pay extra fir a greeting card and tge card is written incorrectly, then it is their mistake and a new card written !

Paid goods and not delivered

COMPLAINT
I didn't know that my gift were sent inside the carton box, nobody asked me and nobody requested my consent. Due to the boxing my gift, the monstera was crooked, very bad..... I will never order from here anymore.
Expensive
Expensive, but this is Switzerland. Everything is overpriced. Great service and high-quality flowers for my mother's birthday.
Appalling Service
I would strongly recommend that anyone considering ordering flowers looks literally anywhere else. Appalling service. Ordered a Bonsai tree to be delivered to our friend for a bereavement. Was informed 4 days later that it could not be delivered, and that was the end of it. Have spent 6 weeks trying to find out why this had happened or what this means, and have been gaslit and bullied by their customer service agents. They still have not told me what "couldn't be delivered" means, have ignored multiple emails requesting more information. One of the worst experiences I have had as a customer.

The worst service and the worst quality of flowers
In the last two year this company went downhill, I ordered roses that arrived open and in the second day all withered.
I contacted them and when I showed the pictures of the rotten roses, they answered that they delivered the number of flowers I purchased, they didn't explain in their site that they deliver roses that will become rotten next day.
The last time I will buy flowers from this site.

Customer service was quite poor, with almost no information provided about the order, including on the delivery day. When you place an order online, you'd want to know the delivery time.

Shocking what I paid and ordered
Shocking what I paid and ordered, to what was actually delivered. The flowers weren’t even the same colours and the size was totally different (extremely tiny bouquet)! They said they would deliver the same day and they didn’t.
That being said - I am updating my review, because after my complaint to them, they are refunding me 50% of what I paid.
