Rgx karambit was fine, but the champions karambit and stand fell apart and was poorly assembled. Messaged them, and they sent a completely free new karambit and stand, both higher quality. Shipping was only about a month and they didn't charge for any of it. Very impressed with the response and cooperation of the staff, they were also very kind and sincere about it. Great service, and a product that returned better than at first.

item was ok. They dont wrap the item well during shipping (only one layer of thin bubble wrap in a small cardboard box). Item description said there would be minor defects, but there were many minor defects. Scratch marks all over the blade (paint was scratched off), the leather was not properly glued on, the accent gel paint looked like it spilled on one side of the blade and they tried to clean it up, but the gel hardened very weirdly. He said he'll give me $5 refund (that I did not receive). No one else had this issue with the same item and it was only me sadly. Only good thing about it was that this item is very heavy and sturdy for how its supposed to be a metal blade. If they took care of packaging the item better during shipping and had quality checks, this wouldnt be a problem
Ordered and just got the rgx butterfly knife. Its great quality and flips well for the pricepoint. Only drawback is it has a very tiny chip of paint off of one of the corners. I used sharpie and it disappeared. Overall, a great knife 10/10.

I ordered a butterfly comb and recon from valorant. They came relatively fast (3 days before the expected delivery) and is compliant to the description of the product. Although you will need a torx screwdriver to loosen a bit the screw that prevent a good rotation of the handle.
