A year ago I have purchased a pair of boxing gloves. The greatest, leather made, expensive model.
1 year passed and velcro strap has become unusable.
When I filed a claim and requested warranty repair - case was rejected with no clarification. All further questions were just ignored.

Result: 150€ gloves served 1 year. No way to get any help or at least a feedback from the manufacturer.

Buy something else

Customer service is horrible, my package is still not delivered after a month waiting (on website it states 2-5 work days) they only blaming delivery company and it's taking a week to get any reply. It's a complete shit service.

Costumer service don't reply, took 59 euro for shipping and nothing arrived

I just got my Nerone Classico Headgear and I love it. I was worried about the holiday delays, but it arrived in perfect time. The build quality is superb, and it comes in a very stylish box. I’m a very happy customer!

I ordered on June 8-th and till this day (12-th July) nothing has arrived. They stopped replying to emails and never refunded any money. Typical Italian street scammers..

I lost 170€ because of this petty scam. Stay far far away.

I ordered exactly 11 days ago and didn't receive my package. I already sent many E-Mails to the customer support and didn't receive a response. I even wrote them on instagram!! I think it's a shame that you scam people and furthermore that you're trying to be serious when you scam.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I bought a Boxing Bag and a Mouthguard.
The package come after 2 or 3 days from Italy. Which was avery pleaseant surprise. I am very satisfied with the Quality of the Product and i am also very Satisfied with customer Service since The Carrier damaged the Product and they were more then happy to replace it for me. The customer Service responded fast and they were very professional. For me it was a 10/10 experience and I will buy again from them.

I have been working with Leone since November to obtain the correct size shoes. I have ordered the same pair of shoes with them two different times and received the wrong size both times. The first pair was returned and refunded. The second pair has now been returned and not refunded. No one will respond to my email requests. DO NOT order from them, customer service is terrible and they have no clue what they are doing.

Never ordering from here again,I thought hey let me not beat around the bush,let me order from the "official" site,nothing bad could happen right? WRONG,I ordered the gloves 8 days ago at this point,no sign of them,I sent an email, absolutely no response from them,I called support and still didn't get a response,nobody picked up the damn phone. It's a shameful excuse for this brand to try and market itself as "premium" and"We ArE cOmBaT sPoRtS" when they can't even get a simple delivery right,let alone customer support,god knows if the gloves are any good,but judging from all of this bs,I'd say they are hot Chinese garbage,and they know it Edit:customer service has finally answered after the posting of this review,explaining that a worker was on sick leave and did not notify me of the gloves being sold out. The rep profusely apologized and changed my order to a suitable substitute,we will just have to wait and see if they arrive,after testing them out I will update this review

Package never came!

Ordered a delivery from Leone1947 as a Christmas gift for my nephew, ordered 10th of December and the money was retracted right away, however the package never came. I tried to write SO many email, but they never responded. Finally after 6 emails, they say it was delivered and gives a tracking number, but not to which company and no proof of delivery. I of course wrote them and asked for the company, but no response. Lost the money, and got a disappointed nephew. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company!!!

Prob the worst webshop service ever faced. On site they announce short shipping time with express deliver, in the reality it is something else. Right now i been waiting close to 10 days for a placed order and still waiting for them to ship . When I contact them by mail with my concerns it took them 2 days to answer. When they did it was a pre written answer with a marginalization of the problem with -we are sorry for your waiting, it will just take couple of days more due to overloaded order caused of sale. Now it been 10 days not a sign of my products or any started shipment no tracking id etc.
This is not the first time I try my luck with Leone its my second time I order from em and same kind of story as last time and it was not even a sale just an ordinary Thursday. After 14 days I called them and ignorance over their own bad service was real, they couldn't care less about it. It took one month until i finally got my order. Leone is those kind of companies I wonder why they exist, they dont provide relevant service, dont care about their clients and when asking them in person they are like whatever.
Their products a regular, not top notch not bad but ok. I argue with why be waiting forever for ordinary boxing t-shirt when I can get a better quality gym shirt at H&M for less price, better quality and better crm. My thoughts is to buy brands that support the boxing sport, but with a brand that dont care and support the client with relevant service, the purpose of support is sadly bursted.
My advice, dont shop from them if you want your gear in near future. They will not deliverer and for me they screwed up my training and I needed to buy gear from else where due to lack of service. Right now I still havent got my order. Do they care, not so much. So Leone before your bots answer this, let my message land, inhale exhale and come up with something better than just bad excuses, like ship my order for an example. You can do better

They sent me an email 2 weeks ago saying that my order is shipped and that i will get it between the 12th and the 17th of october and guess what ? Today we are the 18th and after i ask them yesterday where is my order they told this afternoon the order has to be ship today ! What a joke, worst shop ever seen !

I recently bought a training bag at Leone1947, after having almost given up finding a replacement for my old Adidas, due to ugly designs, inadequate quality and the few bags I did like were sold out everywhere. Came across Leone and found the perfect bag, the price was very reasonable, so I bought it on a Sunday. Received emails from the shop and DHL as planned and Monday, the week after, I received my bag in Denmark. The quality is even better than my old Adidas bag, I absolutely love it and it's the best looking bag I've ever owned. I really recommend buying from this shop. :)

Ridiculous shipping times?????? over 6 days and no update or reply from customer service... not the first time dealing with this company, but will certainly be my last
