Lensway har leveret min pakke til en pakkeshop 25km fra hvor jeg bestilte den til, og svarer ikke på mine mails sendt siden sidste fredag. Må finde et andet sted at bestille linser I guess, super uprofessionelt man ikke har support mandskab i peak season.

EDIT: Was told to put in a replacement order in december and Lensway would credit the difference. Lensway now refuses to credit the difference, only the original order, so im paying 300 DKK more for the same goods and lensway doesnt care

I am still waiting to receive my lenses. They have been handed over to the delivery service but not delivered. No updates or information. It's very hard to contact the customer service.

They send what you order, so I don't give them 1 start, but that's all they do.
You need an invoice? They will tell you to go to Klarna and ask it from them (they don't send one with the order, nor can you find it on their website).
More was deducted from your account than should have been? They will tell you to go to Mobilepay or whatever you used for payment.
I guess if your package gets lost, they would tell you to go to Postnord/GLS/etc. and sort it out yourself, they sent the package, they don't care what happens after that.
It's like as if you bought something from an "offline" shop and when you asked for an invoice they would tell you to go to another building, to another company, if you paid more than should have, then they would tell you to go to the manufacturer of the cash register.
In short: don't expect any support, help from them if you have problems.

Excruciatingly long delivery time.
It's been a week since ordering, and the package status is not yet "Packed", but I do receive marketing emails informing me I am running out of lenses, and should buy more. They are not even packed yet! Definitely not good enough.

When I placed my first order, everything went fine, I received my order few days after.
So I thought I could trust the website, now I place my second order 10 days ago and the parcel has not arrived, not even sure it has been shipped yet, but the payment has been captured.

I emailed the company, twice, I tried to call, I sent a message on Instagram and nothing has happened since. No answer, no help.

It will obviously be the last time I order from them

Good products but 0 customer service! Emails never answered! Disappointing!
