Very bad customer service. Received glasses and the case broke after 2 days. Sent an email to them monday last week, got an answer a couple of days later where they asked for more info. I replied to that email within 5 minutes of receiving it. And as of now I still haven’t gotten mailed back.

I just bought a colored contact lenses…
I just bought a colored contact lenses from lenson site. The diameter and strenght I ordered was right, and as I always use for more than 8 years. But these contacts are blurry on the sides. Vision is sharp in the center only. And on the sides all blurry. I am very sad about this situation, because I wanted to become a regular customer. What should I do with them now?
They dont respond my message about return and money back. The situation of visibility is not normal. Please solve this problem.
