Excellent.
New Cutler and Gross frames returned with new gradient prescription lenses, looking amazing.
Good customer service and communications when I wanted to tweak my order after placing.
Just a little niggle. The replaced (non prescription) lenses were left loose, rattling around in the case with my new glasses.
I’m sure these are normally placed in a little plastic pouch.

Very Happy and would use again 100%
Very Happy , I purchased two pairs of designer frames and needed my prescription to be added . Specsavers , vision express wouldn’t do it as specs not purchased via them , Boots would but it was ridiculously priced ! So went online and found Lensology. Good price for two pairs , worked out cheaper for both pairs than a single pair priced in Boots. Their website was ok but it wasn’t clear where to put the prescription detail in and the photo they needed. That needs to more obvious and simplified . However they contacted me and I was able to send it across which they acknowledged. So customer service was very good . Specs arrived with nice boxes very quickly and very well done. So I now have two pairs of prescription designer reading Spectacles at a great price ! Thank you

The end product was excellent
The end product was excellent. The level of communication was extremely good. One time just to inform me that my old glasses had been received which was reassuring. The amount of options / choices available are excellent. Would I buy again? In a heartbeat.

£30 for new lenses when high street…
£30 for new lenses when high street wanted to charge me £110. Quick enough service on the cheapest option too!
Would say get the extra coatings I wasn’t sure on the company to spend the extra but they’ve done a great job so wish I put the anti glare on now.

Ordered transition lenses for my meta raybans. I emailed a few times to ask various questions about the service and everyone who replied was super helpful. The lenses themselves are great and the quote was specific to what I asked for. Highly recommend!
