The representative explained the loan…
The representative explained the loan offers very clear. We went through or options 2 times. Based on his recommendation and explanation I went with his choice which seemed to be the best one. It turns out his explanation was incorrect. Got hit with an $1800 charge right away without even using the credit line. My fault for trusting lendio, double check with the actual lender to see if the terms match what lendio states is my advice.

Lendio is Legit and I was wondering how the experience would be, and honestly, it was good across the board. The most important thing was I got funded, and they were very transparent with I think I had about 20+ offers, and they walked me through their thoughts on the best options, and from start to finish / funded was a couple of days. Couldn't be happier. Nick was great.

I inquired about a loan-and got a BIG MESS!
I inquired about a loan, to consolidate debt.
Connor Mitchell- Funding Expert said I would need to get all my credit card debt into one loan, WITH A WEEKLY draw. Then get me in 4 weeks a new loan that had a very low interest rate, with MONTHLY PAYMENT. I thought 4 weeks to better my business I could handle that. BAIT AND SWITCH. He got the commission off the first loan and then disappeared. Leaving me with a WEEKLY PAYMENT that is way over what I could afford.
DIRTY BUSINESS- DO NOT GET TAKEN.

At first I would have given them a good rating, good care, contact, communication, were able to obtain me a loan. As time went on I couldn't get in contact with the original guy and any information I needed they kept sending me to my lender, even though I started with Lendio. A year later, I'm stuck in this loan that is preventing me from expanding my company as the loan I obtained put an UCC-1 Lien on my entire company. I understand this is standard, however, the interest rate on the loan is 40% and I'm trying to expand and consolidate. On initial sign up they told me I could refinance into a different loan at a lower rate, as at the time I needed to obtain a loan that reports to the credit bureaus, which my other previous loans had not which made it look like i had no credit. learning curve. they reached out to me recently saying things looked good and it was time to look into refinancing. I did the documents, then they tried to get me into a new loan at 38% with barely any capital after all the fees. I told them absolutely no, then the guy proceeded to raise his voice at me and asked me why I even applied in the first place. I'm not reconsolidating to just pay more fees to obtain 10k more after all said an done. Ludacris.
I contacted another company, they stated the loan I got talked into is also not reporting to the bureaus....so now I'm back to square one but worse off than I was because of the lien.

Shared that I was looking for a SBA…
Shared that I was looking for a SBA loan. Jacob said he could do that but really pushed high interest, weekly payment loans. The weekly payment loans were mentioned each time we talked. I sent him all the information and he sent an email / text with acronyms that I think said I did not qualify. I immediately called him back and emailed him for a call back. I did not get a call back but did get a message saying he could still look at the "other loans" available. If you need high interest, weekly payment loans, he may be able to help.

I fortunately was assisted by Mark. He contacted me months ago and I informed him that we had some projects coming up in Feb/March 2026 and that we would need some funding during this period. I appreciated that Mark did not bother me, unlike others, for months. He contacted me as agreed and worked out a plan tailored to my current needs.
I will definitely work with Lendio again. They truly went above and beyond doing everything on their end to get the funding needed at this moment.
