My Sales Specialist was Mei Mei Carswell. I’d admit that I’m not tech savvy, but she walked me thru the process. She was very patient and continued to monitor to make sure that I was going the correct direction. She also informed me that I was eligible for more than what I originally requested. I was approved and the money was at my financial institution the very same day. Thanks Mei Mei sand LendingPoint.

I worked with Ronald Barber and I must admit he was professional yet courteous and very knowledgeable of the entire process. He answered all my questions fully and efficiently. I was impressed with how quickly he responded to my questions and how quickly the entire process took.

Ronald is an excellent example of superior customer service. He has got excellent communication skills. You can feel and hear his enthusiasm for the work he does. He shows a great deal of patience. Ronald shows empathy for you but in a very professional manner. He most definitely shows representation for his company well. I also spoke with Diana. She was extremely cordial and also represents her company well. She presented herself as someone that seemed happy to be at work and help customers to achieve their goal in calling. This company appears to do a very good job in those they hire. I assume that they have found that your employees can make or break you.

Ronald called and assisted me with application. Explained all aspects of the loan. Able to process and be approved in short time.

I started the process and then stopped as I was not feeling comfortable ~ later I received a phone call from Mei Mei and she talked me through the process with such calm and professionalism that I decided to take a chance. The process was very easy and efficient and I was pleased that Lending Point was there to assist me as I needed. If you are having any doubts, take that chance and move forward.

Ronald communicated well and was always quick to return phone calls. The loan process was quick and clear.

I borrowed Monty from lending point
For almost 6 months payments were not reported to the credit bureau.
I was told by them there was a problem and they had to manually go into the each credit bureau to notify the payment.

I made payment on time but lending points notified the credit bureau. I was one month late.

I gave them the proof but I was told eventually you made the payment on time but we didn’t receive the money few days later

I’m going to take legal action but notifying the Attorny Journal office as well as the bank bureau

Please be careful borrowing money from lending point

Process was very easy, Ronald was very helpful filed out the forms, sent in the documents they needed got and answer right away and got the check in my account a couple days later, highly recommend.

Ronald communicated promptly and confidently addressed all of my questions with thorough answers. He presented several valuable options, which made my process easier.

4 year customer here. I apparently missed a payment over a year ago, even after checking with agents monthly by phone to be sure my account is current. Lending Point just destroyed my credit score (-45 point hit) because they changed over a year worth of "current" statuses to "30+ days late" in one shot. I asked to have my calls with agents reviewed at that they could hear verifications given that my account was current. They told me that would take about a week due to the volume of calls logged and they would get back to me. Less than 24 hours later, I am told "tough, we aren't changing it". That's piss-poor customer service. Get your loan somewhere else!

The process through lending point was extremely easy I had no problems from start to finish using their app was extremely easy to navigate it was simple straightforward and when I spoke with Ronald afterwards he was a pleasure. Again he himself was straightforward the questions were easy and there was no question left unanswered. To Ronald's managers he did a fantastic job he was more than a pleasure he deserves a raise thank you for being easy to deal with and thank you for the loan as it will help me greatly
