The whole process of getting an ev charger fitted went seamlessly. Andy was so helpful from start to finish & the fitters were really helpful explaining everything.

Quite simply, these are the people to go to if you want an EV chargepoint fitted. From the site visit (unlike the usual online-only assessment from many companies) through to the fitting, all was done with extraordinary efficiency and courtesy. Our installation was out of the ordinary and difficult, but was completed perfectly, and everything explained with clarity. And.... stops were pulled out to ensure the fitting was completed before the all-important 31 March deadline. We'll be back again if needs be.

From initial phone call, prompt visit from James and Billy assessed the property and fully explained what was required to proceed with installation. At the set date Billy arrived and completed the installation perfectly regardless of the poor weather. Billy then provided instruction on the app and the follow up paperwork.

Contacted Lemac as they were a local company with regards to a home EV car charger. The service from them (James & Billy) was excellent. They came out and inspected the premises and provided a very competitive quote. Everything was explained with regards to the grant process which was painless! Once the grant was approved Billy fitted the charger and explained the charging process. The paperwork supplied was perfect for the grant claims process. This approach and the competitive price meant I did not bother waiting for another quote. The installation was completed by Billy who also ensured that I understood the operation of charging device and the app. Just started using the charger but all good so far.

Contacted a few places regarding an electric home wall charger and James at Lemac was by far the most helpful and friendly with it. He came straight out and did a full inspection with Billy and was able to give me a quote there and then. He also explained the grant process and everything I needed to do. Billy was also great in fitting the charging unit and even cleaned up all the mess afterwards. Highly recommend.

Effective evaluation of house electrics/capacity/fuse rating. Talked me through process of grant application from Scottish Government. Liaised with Scottish Power. Very rapid installation once the grant funding was approved. Problem free installation and commissioning on a foul day. Prompt after-sales/post-installation service.

For us, getting a charger fitted required quite a bit of faff. Main fuse needed upgrading (our property is old), the preferred fitting site wasn't ideal. However, throughout James was prompt to respond and helpful about the process. During installation the 'plan' had to be changed at the last minute, and Billy did a good job of the actual install. I'd recommend Lemac to guide you through this process.

Having tried for several months to get a home charger installed we gave up. We then found Lemac and immediately knew that we had found the best company. After an initial telephone conversation a home visit was arrange and two weeks later every thing is completed. Billy was great and spent time explaining how it all works and even how to sink to Alexa. Would highly recommend.

Called around to multiple providers, but James with Lemac came right out, did a thorough inspection, and clearly talked us through everything. Stayed in touch via email regularly. The install was a little tricky just because of how our house was built, but they did it no problems, clean and neat. Everything works as promised and we're perfectly happy with the process and outcome. Highly recommend.

Unlike other firm's, Lemac sales quick to respond and no need for emailing numerous photos as installer (Billy) came out to survey before ordering. Competitive price and delighted with finished job.
