We are absolutely delighted with the service received. The solicitor we dealt with was very polite, friendly and professional. My father was frail and hard of hearing but Steve was patient and understanding and treated him so respectfully. He kept us informed every step of the way with regular updates and when communicating always asked after my father and his health.
As a family we weren’t going to pursue a civil claim but Steve was very informative and gave us the confidence to proceed.
