What can I say about Legend London, I made only my third order late night Monday as I was bored with TV and I thought you know what I needed some shopping therapy, I found a funky looking sexy shirt and placed a order, as I got confused I ordered it twice and had paid for 2 items not the one Oh No !.. silly ole me hey... I quickly email the LL email address in a panic and within a few seconds I got a reply, the reply was personal and warm, the upshot was Seemi cancel the second shirt and sorted the refund within 30mins late at night which really impressed me, you can't put a price on amazing customer services, I now look forward to placing more orders when I need that midnight shopping buzz. Thank You Very Much Seemi.. every business needs a Seemi... :) Big Respect.......

I had an issue keeping updated with my order, I contacted them and Seemi helped me out and solved the issue. Very good service.

I've used legend London a few times now and have always been happy, the quality is decent for the price and dispatch is quick.

I always wait to leave a review until I've had to encounter a companies customer service as this is where they usually show how good or bad they really are.

Today I accidentally added an extra pair of jeans to my order, so I contacted legend to see if I could get the order amended and refunded.
Kathleen got back to me quickly and sorted out the amendment and got the refund processed.
It's great to see that some companies are still using decent, human staff, like Kathleen to deal with their customer service rather than AI or chat bots etc.

All in all, good product, good price and great customer service

For the two Hybrid Trousers I ordered, they fit and feel like a velvet glove. So many people have asked if I have lost weight, but no. It's just the pants I'm wearing, now fit my body shape. Also, Waqar, has been of great assistance with some of the questions I inquired about. Thank you Waqar and Team Legend London.

Bought some shorts from legend London, cheap nasty quality for the price! Plus none stop being bombarded with emails for offers and so on. Not acceptable.

Loyal customer disappointed by handling of faulty trousers

My husband is a regular Legend London customer and owns several pairs of their Hybrid Trousers, which we have previously been very happy with.

Unfortunately, a mocha pair costing £49 came apart at the seam after only around four months. A navy pair purchased in the same order, worn more frequently and washed and cared for in exactly the same way, remains absolutely fine.

Despite providing photographs and explaining this, after several emails and two management reviews Legend refused to replace the trousers or provide a refund. Instead, they issued a £35 store credit, which I hadn’t actually agreed to accept as resolution of the complaint.

Given that we’ve been loyal customers and this appears to be an isolated problem with one pair, I’m genuinely disappointed that they wouldn’t simply replace them. It seems a very poor way to deal with a returning customer over a £49 pair of trousers.

Your customer service team should be able to identify the case from my previous correspondence regarding the Mocha Hybrid Trousers, which developed a seam fault after approximately four months. Photographs were provided and the matter was reviewed twice by management, with the final outcome being £35 store credit rather than a replacement.

I would genuinely welcome you reviewing the full correspondence, particularly as another pair of Hybrid Trousers purchased at exactly the same time, worn more frequently and cared for in the same way, remains in perfect condition.

I’ve placed many orders with Legend London and have always been very happy with the quality, fit, and overall experience. The clothes consistently fit perfectly and the quality has always been excellent.

Recently, I had an issue with one T-shirt that had some unexpected discoloration. I contacted Legend London on the same day, and Chioma responded very quickly. I sent a photo of the T-shirt, and they immediately decided to send me a replacement.

I’m extremely impressed with the way Legend London handled the situation. I’ve placed many orders with them and have always been satisfied, and when there was finally an issue with one item, they resolved it quickly and professionally without any hassle.

This company is a scam, for a $100 order they're charging me $50 for a return because their shirts were much smaller than anticipated.

Excellent customer service and help from a member of Legend London named Chioma. After having an issue with the button on a pair of trousers a full new set of trousers was sent directly to me the next day swiftly and efficiently after providing images of the issues. Very much appreciated and excellent service

My order was delivered in record time and I was extremely happy with the three items I had ordered! The fit, quantity and styling of each piece of clothing was absolutely spot on! This is my second order and I am now a committed Legend customer!

Great quality stuff.. I've had a couple of issues with two orders (my fault) wrong sizes and needed exchanged and Chioma got back to me quickly and was really helpful. It's appreciated.

Purchased 2 polo tops. One failed my requirements so needed a refund. Was sorted out within minutes via email, the other top I’ve worn and love the fit and feel. I’d definitely recommend legend London and a shout out to Waqar for responding so quickly.
