Very slow business creation with tons of ads trying to sell you useless services.

I chose the fast service of creating a SARL. It has been 2 days since every document has been sent to them.

Not sure what I'm paying. I should have done the paperwork myself.

The time for review is marketed as: + Traitement du dossier en 24h

which means within 24 hours.

I was willing to quickly set-up a SAS and someone told me about legal start. the beginning was great, I even took a premium package because i needed some advice from lawyers of "assistance legalstart"( by the way you need not take the packagee to have advice but OK). the problem is you have to appoint yourself with the advisors. since I had to wait 5 days for an appointment of 20 minutes and I had a lot of questions, I planned 3 appointments spread over 2 weeks. WIthout any possiblity to tell anything, 2 of the appointments were cancelled ( the earliest one also...) I phoned to helpdesk ask what is going on but they told it's like that, just wait. OK I wait 1,5 week for the call, receive 3 SMS reminding me the appointment, I'm ready..... no call!!! I call customer service, they say they will find out and come back.... no feedback. 4 days after I take another appoitment..... no call! You have the right to have problems, but such a poor customer service is just unacceptable. I lost more time and money, could have just asked for a normal lawyer to do it, would have been a matter of days and cheaper!

Well appart from the official answer you can read below so that you think all is OK, I still did not receive any information from legalstart directly, but I was billed ( yes) for the legal assistance service. I hope I finally get refund for the legal assistance, because having 2 months free of a service I cannot benefit from is not really helping me there. A refund at least would be the minimum. And direct communication.

THIS ONE IS GOOD : Of course I thought the service had been turned off ( I made necessary steps online too) and I could focus on my business now. I see on my bank account that I was invoiced more than 300 euros for the next year of service!!!!!! After claiming, I received a call and the assistant told me that they had a "bug" and the service was not cancelled ( after all we've done). By the way if you want to cancel, you cannot do it online fully : after clicking 6 times to really tell you don't need the service, it is still not finished and you need to wait for a call from them... so if they want to keep invoicing you, they can just not call at all or pretend they had a bug. IS THIS PROCESS LEGAL?!!!! Not sure. bBut check your bank receipts for some illegal invoices from them.

Very disappointed about this service.
When you purchase it it's because you are looking for simplicity and rapidity. It took us SO MUCH time to get our things validated and in the end - it was validated because we follow-up with them -
Not really professional and quiet disappointing. + it's expensive.

I had to close my company and I needed their services. They had a very professional team and everything that needs to be notified/requested were done on time and well.

To be frank, due to certain difficulties , I couldn't send them the required documents for a pretty good amount of time but however they kept reminding me regularly and made my job very easy.

They also suggested me regarding closing the accounts by myself and I managed to do with their help and saved a good amount of money
