Not impressive
As soon as I paid DKK 366.- I got a confirmation email - but the document I generated was only available one day later. It doesn’t give me the ability to send out to the parties for electronic signature, but requires actual printing and wet signature. Come on guys - get to the 21at century.
Also, when calling them (only available Monday-Friday 10:00am - 17:00) I was told I’m am number 18 in line - after 10 minutes I was still number 18 so I hung up.
I got a very basic document. Not impressive quality, certainly not impressive service.

Holding structure registration experience
I have started the process with registering a holding structure (Holding and an operating company). I had a pretty smooth start and Kenneth from LegalDesk answered my questions in chat.
I don't have the CVR numbers yet but I would like to write about my experience and update it as we go.
It was mentioned on the website that it will take 48 hours, but later a notification is now added to the webpage that it can take longer.
I have transferred the capital on January 6th. The company capital was registered by them pretty fast but there is absolutely no change after that.
January 10 - So far, I have talked with them twice as I need the CVR urgently. Today I got an update that registration will be on Monday the 13th, and on Tuesday I will have the CVR for my holding.
Update - January 14th : I received my first CVR number :)
