I used legacy as it was local and came reccomended..we followed my mums wishes and everything seemed to go smooth until it was time to pick up mums ashes...(we had ordered a scatter tube and i gave rob 3 different ones he could order all of these had a meaning regarding mums wishes)..around 10 days later when we went to pick up mums ashes out came this huge awful plastic tub...NOT what
we requested, rob apologised asked if we could postpone the scattering of her ashes as he forgot to order the tube..i said no it was all arranged which he already knew, he then said he would collect one from another site,we agreed to this i again went over the ones we had chosen and also reminded him that he needed to keep a small amount of my mums ashes aside...when saskia dropped mums ashes off at my house later that night she had been placed into a totally inappropriate scatter tube and there was no separate ashes..i called rob totally devastated by this..he just kept saying sorry bless weve been busy...this was one of the last things i could do for my mum and it was ruined..totally heartbreaking and so undignified
