Tried to take money twice and more!
Tried to take money twice, second time for 10x the amount causing my card to be blocked. Claimed it wasnt them! No callback when contacted, no apology, awful attitude.

Good product, but terrible shipping and customer service experience
The springs themselves are excellent in quality, but the overall experience with shipping and customer service has been extremely disappointing. I placed my orders through their website and requested express or next-day delivery multiple times. Despite this, it took nearly a month each time to receive my order.
Worse, every time a package was returned during shipping, I was charged again for shipping—even when it wasn’t my fault. I had to call and email them repeatedly, sometimes up to 10 times, just to get updates or confirm they had received the returned package. There is little to no proactive communication, and their response times are painfully slow.
It feels like no one is truly handling customer service. Every time I called, I was told they were still “investigating” why the package was returned, instead of simply resolving the issue and resending it. Shipping isn’t rocket science—this company needs serious improvement in logistics and support.
If you're ordering for an urgent need, I do not recommend using this company. However, if you're buying for a hobby or don't mind waiting indefinitely, then you might be fine with the delays.
Springs are fine but fulfillment and customer service are awful. I paid on the website for my order, they shipped twice and have been sending me bills for the second shipment for months, even after I return the extra parts at my own expense. All I get are invoices, never a response from customer service.
I’d strongly not recommend for bespoke or custom spring requirements. Communication is poor and they don’t honour agreed timelines. Agreed an order for springs with a 2 week lead time. After 2 weeks they hadn’t even produced a single spring. Not even an apology or solution offered for the delay. Will never use again.
Slow to resolve my problem but finally I am satisfied.
