So it's been roughly 4 months now since I ordered my PS5, I've attempted to contact them multiple times through their email and although, I've gotten a few responses back they're just fake emails stating that my order will be coming soon or that it'll be delivered a certain day of the week. After reading all these reviews it's seems we've all been getting ripped off.

I've left multiple emails asking them when my order will be coming, letting them know I understand the wait time of such a high demand product, however this is just unacceptable. I honestly don't have any other choice but to take legal action or contact Afterpay.

I've waited just about 4 months now and I've honestly had enough I don't even want the product anymore I just want my money back. I even contacted them about a refund however, they've simply just ignored all my emails since.

I even went on to their app and used the chat option. Got a reply, but they are now ignoring me on there too. This is clearly a scam therefore as previously stated I will be taking legal action. Don't waste your time.

I placed a order on May 10th, it is now a June 27th and I have not received my goods! I have continued to email and keep getting kicked around, first being told it’s coming from a different place then being told waiting for the shipping teams response. It seems I have been blocked as when I go to send emails it says email failed! This site is an absolute joke! I will be taking this further and putting in a complaint with fair trading. Don’t waste your time on this joke of a site

I have ordered (and paid) a PlayStation 5 on April, 5th, 2022. Today is June, 23rd, 2022 and I still haven't received the order. The 'customer service' promised me that the PS5 will arrive soon. The web site promised availability and delivery within 5-10 working days. The WORST experience ever, and I still don't have the product.

Ordered PS5 on March 20 2022. Rung mobile number on website and spoke to someone who assured me they were in stock. Still haven't got PS5. Phone calls, emails, and instant chat is now getting ignored. Very very disappointed. Is this a scam or fraud as they are still advertising that they are in stock. Am about to go through PayPal to get money back. It sounds too good to be true cause it's not true. Do not order a PS5 through these people.

You can clearly tell that they only get 5 star reviews or 1 star reviews. Nothing in between. Because the owner posts fake reviews to maintain their online score, whilst all the real reviews are dissatisfied, ripped off, 1 star posts from actual customers. Im currently working through a Victorian Consumer Affairs claim against this business aswell as legal action for failure to respond and update my order regarding a purchase of a PS5 in April 22. Customer service is the worst on earth. I encourage you all to stick it to these scammers.

It was a good experience buying product form Leerdo. I bought a air jordan from it and got my product within a week. So overal it was great experience and I recommend everyone to try it.

I got my sneakers from this store effortlessly. Though the pricing was average but the delivery was faster than expected. Customer support also did great. I hope to do business with you again in the near future.

This website is obviously is a scam and they are more invested in paying people to write false reviews on trustpilot and their own website than actually deliver the items they falsely promise to people.

I bought a PS5 on the 5th of March and have yet to receive it. They said it was "shipped" but upon checking the shipping it has been sitting on "shipping label created" for about 2 months now. We rang Australia Post and they said Leerdo created a label but have not given the PS5 at all.

They keep on saying it will come soon but as this point I do not think it will. We have to put in a claim with our bank to get money back as they stipulate no refunds while falsely saying it'll take 2-3 weeks to receive the PS5. More like never.

DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE

I ordered a PS 5 on the 15th March and I am still waiting .after reading the reviews I am forced to lodge a complaint with PayPal. It sounds like I may never get it

I ordered a Mr Winston hoodie back in March and never received tracking info. Every time I email Leerdo they say it’s still on the way and it’ll be here next week but still no tracking details or info. Not helpful at all!

Purchased a PlayStation 5 console - Allow 15 business day until delivery - 8 weeks later it arrived was sent without requiring a signature so the console was left in front of the garage by AusPost. Someone must have liked the look of the parcel and took it. No back up or responsibility taken by Leerdo as far as they are concerned it to bad so sad. Ordered PS5 disc edition on 17th April, now 2nd of June have not had any updates on when it will be shipped or when stock will come in and they have since updated the website with ps5's that come with a disc copy of Gran Turismo 7 UPDATE: 1 JUL surprisingly the PS5 actually arrived and all seems to be in brand new condition, overall I mean I won't be buying fresh kicks from here but It did come eventually so
