do not buy

I repeat, do not buy from this company. They allow returns only on unopened packages. If you have the package and have opened it, know that you will never, ever, get your money back, and the item does not work.

Helped my skin a lot

I was getting kind of depressed with my acne issues and tried a bunch of different products, the led panel did work and I saw significant improvement in just a few weeks

I just left a review last week but it deserves repeating. DO NOT purchase anything from these people. They will scam you and commit fraud. They have had my money for a light panel, which I was intending to return. Because I ordered the wrong item, for over a. Month. They give lame responses, if they respond at all. They have a telephone line but no one ever answers it or ever calls you back. I paid them a lot of money for this item, they somehow screwed up the transporting of the item, they KNOW something is wrong and that I never received the item and yet they continue not to refund my money. They are the worst company I have ever seen in all my years of internet purchasing. I hope this spares someone else the horror of working with them. My last email said “we are trying to find out where the item is”. They also told me that as soon as I receive it (it’s not going to be here) I could contact them on how to send it back.l. SURE!!!!!!! They will give me the same runaround as they are doing now. horrible, horrible company.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE

i emailed this company several times that my split xl pad works for 20 mins then needs to be charged for another 8hrs seems like in order for it to work again i asked n left my phone number for them to respond and they haven’t DONT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE A SCAM!

Do not buy anything from there

Do not buy anything from there. The product arrived defective. You pay to ship it back. They tell you they found nothing wrong with it. You have to pay to get it shipped back to you. They also do not publish all reviews on their website (I wrote 2, but none have ever appeared). Customer service does not answer the phone and takes way too long to respond when they do. This is a sketchy product and a sketchy operation. DO NOT BUY - take your money and flush it down the toilet instead.

Initial service is excellent, but falls off a cliff after that

If my rating was based on my purchase experience, then it would be five stars, I’m a year out from my purchase and my device just stopped working. I contacted the company to ask what the repair or warranty policies were but added that I’d be willing to buy a new product but with a discount, of course given that the unit failed so quickly. I have sent emails and left voicemails and cannot get a response. It is for this reason the lowest start has to be awarded. Very disappointing.

Their product is cheap

Their product is cheap. They do not have real copper wires... they paint the copper on. They tell you it's a flex pad, but if you flex it, they void the warranty; so you cannot use it on your wrist or your elbow or your knee. You have to buy new chargers for it because they also are cheap and break down. Their customer service is inadequate. They blame the problem on you instead of on their product. Do not buy this product.

Terrible company!!

Terrible company!!! I cancelled my order within 1 hour and they sent it anyway. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They list hours of operation on their website, but there is no phone number to contact customer service and they DON'T REPLY TO YOUR EMAILS. You can buy this product in a store and return it versus buying it from them. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Excellent company in particular…

Excellent company in particular excellent sales guy Dan.
Recently made an enquiry via chat and received a call back to discuss my requirements.
Dan was very pleasant & helpful.
Arranged a sample for next day delivery which came on time and very well packaged.
Rang back up to order goods and again spoke to Dan who swiftly sorted out my order having got me a very good discount 👍
Again promised next day delivery and true to his word goods turned up as stated. Can't fault this company at all and special thanks to Dan top bloke and woukd definitely use these guys again.

Control units not as described and with incorrect instructions / wiring diagram - still no returns / refund!

LED Technologies gave advice on best control unit solution for a new build lighting installation and provided instructions with wiring diagrams. We installed the wiring per instructions and then discovered the units supplied did not match the description on the website and are not compatible with the instructions or wiring diagram provided. LED Technologies agreed the website description imagery and instructions provided were incorrect for the units supplied, but were unable to provide an alternative unit that would work and under their 'terms' they refuse to provide a refund or even a credit note. We're only in this situation because they didn't provide the units described and then provided the incorrect instructions and wiring diagram for the units supplied. They wash their hands of it.

Use Amazon instead

I bought 3 reels of 5m leds and 2 drivers, I was then told that the 2 drivers were not powerful enough to run 15m of leds and that I would have to buy another 2 chargers. I asked if I could exchange these 2 for 2 more powerful psu's and pay the difference. They said their returns policy is only 14 days, how am I supposed to return them within 14 days when I'm installing them in a fitted wetroom that will take that long to build. I've never even had them out of the box. The sales guy, to be fair, was helpful, fast to respond and let me exchange wrongly purchased diffusers for the correct ones. I will go to amazon next time as I will have the peace of mind that I can return things that I am not happy with. It's a shame shops are committing suicide with strict return policies when there are places like amazon that have a 'no questions asked' policy. This place is expensive compared to others too, so I can't see them being in business long.

Faulty Products - Worse Customer Svc

I purchased 5 total products from this company. Of 5 2 did not work. I purchased early as gifts. They say it has a 1 year guarantee, so I did not worry. When I gave 1 of the items to one of my daughters for Christmas it didnt work. She tried contacting the company but was not very successful. I contacted them and after so much hassle and back and forth they finally agreed to have me send it back at our expense. We sent it back. They responded it didnt work and would replace it. The product never came. I contacted them several times regarding this. Not once did they offer to send another out or do anything to help. They blamed UPS and said to contact them. I called LED and the woman who said she was a manager was worse than rude and uncaring. She even said customer service is different at different companies and they could do nothing. Oh but they would give me a discount if I wanted to spend yet more money. What good is their guarantee when we have to spend the money to send it back after so much hassle? Then to have them not send the replacement. This in my opinion is outright theft. I am grateful I didnt spend any more money with this less than reputable company. Beware if you purchase anything its a 50/50 it wont work and if it doesnt work you might as well toss it because they arent likely to stand behind the product.

Bad place to work and a bad place to…

Bad place to work and a bad place to purchase items due to the return policy, or lack thereof, so be sure to read and understand before you purchase anything. A family member had to quit working there due to questionable comments that came across as prejudiced toward his religion. Overall, the people are unkind and lack any empathy for staff and customer, all about the money, honey.
