I ordered from you because a friend recommended the lights he purchased from you.
However, I was very disappointed when at checkout your website asked if I wanted to leave a tip! A tip for an online purchase? Are you kidding me? The tipping culture in the country and expectation of a tip has gotten out of control. I honestly would have ordered on Amazon and paid more if I didn’t want to make sure I got the same lights that a friend was happy with, but asking if I wanted to leave a tip for an online purchase with zero human interaction is insane.

Placed my order on October 15th and the “worry free purchase” however here it is, October 30th and still have not received my purchase. I finally got a tracking number for almost a week after I actually needed them. When I reached out to the company, I was “escalated” to someone who communicated via email only to “resolve” the issue. Their resolution? 15% off coupon for my next purchase, which I already get as I am a veteran through Govx. So, why did I spend the extra money for the worry free purchase which “guarantees 1-7 business days”?
