Terrible service and company

Terrible service and company. The customer service sucks, and you expect that you get tired of trying to desist from your reclaim. They charged me 550sek because agree to them I didn't give it back. I reclaimed and Agent Adam never gave me any solutions. Terrible and disgusting company. I'm definitely taking this robbery to the police. The horrible moment that they make you go through because they literally are accusing you of stealing. I'm tired and sick of them.

Warning others. It's a scam

They will accuse you of stealing the charger and make it impossible to talk to a real customer service agent. You will end up with a big charge on your account and no recourse.

Terrible experience. Unfair extra charge for a “stolen” charger

Terrible experience. I used the charger once, returned it right away, and still got charged €50-60 for "non-return." After long back-and-forth emails I still couldn't prove that I had returned it, simply because I didn't take a photo at the time (who would think you need to prove something like that)? On top of that, it makes no sense to accuse me of stealing the charger, since it cannot even be charged anywhere except at their docking stations. Absolutely unacceptable. Never will use again and wouldn't recommend anyone

App extort ware

The reason no one in Finland offers free charging for phones in restaurants anymore is this rip off artist:

The powerbanks are fantastically priced and designed to stay with you so you can be properly ripped off for hundreds of euros for a charge.

They're slow and do not charge full ever.

Customer service is nonexistent.

It's another shitty app extort ware - get their credit card digits and keep charging.

I recommend reversing all charges banks know they are in bad standing.
