I am impressed with this player. Works best on Blu Ray movies and DVDs as well as CDs and other formats. I enjoyed watching movies without any glitch in the system like I experienced before with other players. Graphics and audio is amazing. In my honest opinion, this is better than other brands.

I was having problems playing my bluray movies with Power DVD. After downloading the Leawo Bluray player, I was able to watch my movies with no issues. I also have the DVD ripper and that works just as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

I've used various Blu-ray players over the years but came across Leawo a few months ago and absolutely love it, and the best bit is it's free. Had a problem recently which in the end seems to be USB port related but a speedy response from Leawo via email was top notch, and very helpful.

Would definitely recommend Leawo Blu-ray player and have installed it on my other PC. 10/10

This software is great and very simple to use. I can highly recommend it. Following an upgrade I had some issues with it, which the very patient customer support did resolve in the end. It works now perfectly again. I am very satisfied and deeply thankful for the help from Leawo.

Leawo is a fantastic company that really cares about what their customers are experiencing. The customer service is fantastic and respond right away to you. They work hard to keep making their product(s) better and to incorporate your requests and concerns in their updates.

I tried many player apps and just love Leawo...their menus are great and picture is fantastic! The app gets better and better!

I have used all of Leawo's Blu-Ray DVD products and am extremely happy with them all! I have used other brands, but I find Leawo to be the best overall, especially for non-professionals who want something fairly simple and easy to use. I highly recommend them!

The PowerPoint to Video Pro is a great product. It's easy to use, opening up an avenue for individuals to create nice videos without a huge expense. The customer service is also very helpful and informative should you have any problems, making this an all-round excellent product.

I had a problem downloading the incorrect files although I had previous experience downloading from Leawo and had previous great experience with the downloading and products.
I raised a ticket with Leawo and they responded instantly and resolved my problem to great satisfaction. Very satisfied.

As the cost of softwares as PowerDVD and other, I was seeking for a good substitute to these costly solutions. I found Leawo and installed it to play some blu-ray disc not played by my LG Blu-ray player... This is a powerful and friendly player! I will no change for others. Thanks!

Vu le prix de certains logiciels tels que PowerDVD ou autres, je cherchais une bonne alternative à ces solutions coûteuses. J'ai trouvé Leawo Blu-ray player et l'ai installé pour lire certains disques blu-ray qui faisaient planter mon lecteur de salon LG... Ce lecteur gratuit est vraiment excellent et simple à utiliser. Je n'en changerai pour aucun autre. Merci !

Following a suggestion from a friend I trialed and purchased this product. Not only does it very nicely rip Blu-ray to a choice of formats and quality but it also converted some of my standard collection to AVI for travel purposes that hitherto I was unable to achieve, so I'm a happy chappie

I am an independent film maker in Hong Kong and have to convert video into different format for various reasons. I have used Free Video Converter since 3 years ago. It is free but it is reliable and then after a year, I have paid and download also the paid Video Converter and using both to convert video in a faster speed. It works very well. Until the recent upgrade of the free version, I have found some issues and I find that the consumer servicing team is extremely helpful and efficient. Even today I still could not find the perfect solutions but I could see that the company is really committed themselves to solve the problems for the users even it is a free software. Salute to the team at Leawo.

Using the "Music Recorder" for Mac a long time - great product and very helpful. After Update to Capitan I needed help from the Support which was prompted with an update immediately. So everything works fine again. I am deeply satisfied!

Quick in resolving an issue I had with off line activation!! Great group to deal with.

I was unable to record computer audio after upgrade to El Capitan but support quickly solved the issue for me and everything now works perfectly. Only problem I had was that the reply from support was, unfortunately, directed into my junk folder by Apple mail.

I upgraded to El Capitan and could not install Music recorder. Leawo support fix the problem quickly.

I had multiple questions and issues with the trial version of iTransfer. Tech support answered my questions within 60 to 90 minutes each time I emailed. There was never anything wrong with the product, just my lack of understanding. Great product and great support. Pretty rare these days. Needless to say I purchased iTransfer without hesitation.

I had a little glitch in the transfer of music from the software to my iPhone and the folks at Leawo were right on it. Walked me through the process to get it functioning again. Very pleased.
